Perpetual Oddball of Sarcasm and Misery with a Reading List of Cosmic Proportions
I’m a fan of Saga, The Walking Dead, The Hunger Games, The Lunar Chronicles, Outlander, Timeless, Game of Thrones (sometimes), Twilight (occasionally), Steven Universe, Gravity Falls, Avatar: The Last Airbender/Legend Of Korra, and a bunch of other stuff. Carrie White and Bree Tanner deserved better.
Currently reading: Voyager by Diana Gabaldon

"Dying is one of the few experiences we eventually all enjoy firsthand, and like most shit that's commonplace, it's boring to dwell on. My fellow inmates/classmates (and really, what's the difference?) showed me it was more interesting to concentrate on the living. Because death is fucking predictable... but life has science experiments and free time and surprise naps and who knows what comes next?"

Saga: Volume Six

Whenever the Will inevitably has another showdown with Hazel's family, I'll be really interested to see how he interacts with Alana. Based on his and the Brand's descriptions, their childhood was a lot like Hazel's, at least once they were away from their abusive dad. I want him to be ready to kill them only to be confronted with the woman he widowed, who kicked her drug use and sacrificed countless things to show her children the world and keep them alive, just like his own mother did. Alana's not a pacifist like Marko tried to be, but she doesn't put revenge on a pedestal either. I'm curious to see how that affects the conflict between them, especially now that Marko is dead and she refuses to compromise her family's safety to avenge him.
