hi this is a reminder to my neurodivergent folks that your struggles with math do not make you any less intelligent.

neurodivergent people have much higher rates of math related learning disabilities, many of which go undiagnosed, and are just passed off as laziness or unintelligence. i personally struggle a lot with math, which has lead to high stress and self esteem issues.

but, i'm here to tell you that YOUR ABILITY TO DO COMPLEX MATH DOES NOT DETERMINE YOUR WORTH OR INTELLIGENCE

"math smart" is not the only smart out there.

please take care of yourselves, and know that you are enough.
