It's kind of funny how in-universe, Robert's death is considered Cersei's most wicked crime, and from the way characters talk and think about it, you'd think she personally stabbed him or at least put poison in that wine. But no. Her entire devious plan was getting Robert one on one with a comically big bottle of strong wine, everything else he had to do on his own. And the worst/best thing is, it worked perfectly.
