There's a serious lack of any type of AUs in the "House, M.D." fandom. At least as far as Hilson fics are concerned.
I feel they need a single-fathers-parent-trap AU fic. But I fear it would be ignored.

The witch’s curse is psychosomatic, as far as he’s concerned; yes, there’s evidence for some physical markers of it, but the cure - ‘true hate’s kiss’, as the popular consciousness has it - is so clearly the brain playing tricks on itself. The thinking is that it’s a way for someone to punish themselves, a delayed reaction to a traumatic situation in which someone else has hurt them.
