Felt like doing a quick doodle of Deryn and Bovril.

Since Alek liked The Perils of Pauline so much, I like to think that in a modern AU he still watches cheesy, melodramatic television. Deryn thinks the shows are kind of stupid, but enjoys the weekly updates from Alek all the same.

I felt compelled to reread this old favorite and I got hung up on the fact that Alek has never had his portrait painted or picture taken so Dylan thought to uh fix that himself wink wonk
