Feeling very odd. Angry and disgusted and wanting to rip and tear. But also odd. Because I've never felt so much certainty - while watching coverage of this event and seeing the obviously 1% little cabal of the smuggest people I've ever seen at Trump's celebration - that the American people may finally catch on. That several populations have already caught on. And that the US may not exist in five years time when they take action and retribution for being used and belittled and threatened.

And I'm both glad and horrified for it, because I know people will suffer who have no control over any of this billionaire-funded pretence of politicking.

May have to break sobriety in order to avert a probable panic attack. This country has ruined me, but hey, at least the bigots get to continue clutching their puppeteered delusion that ceding the right for others to be comfortably human is not a threat to their own (already wildly privileged) right to be comfortably human.

I hate living here. I hate putting off concerning medical issues because they're behind a fucking pay wall. It's monstrous and I can't imagine how i'll continue to survive comfortably in a country that leaves me needing to pay to even exist as someone with a disability that could cause cardiovascular emergencies at any point.
