This is my first time writing smut! Please be kind about it! It’s not edited and it is the longest thing I have ever written. I don’t know how I feel about the end but I hope y’all enjoy it! Requests are open!

Colton and I are on vacation after a long and disappointing season. We chose to go to the mountains and rent a cabin so we won’t have to deal with anyone or anything other than each other.

After the first two days, he started to think less and less about the playoffs. Which means he got more enjoyable to be around. Now he tries to be with me basically every second of the day and is a complete sweetheart.

Earlier today we went on a hike and then swam, and now we’re sitting down for dinner.

“I really am glad that you talked me into going on this trip. The season has been so stressful and, as much as I hate to say it, I am kind of happy it’s over.” He sets down his fork and looks at me.

“Oh and why is that?” I ask him while raising my eyebrows.

“Because I get to spend more time with you, and visit Laila more often.” He gives me a dopey smile before he continues to eat the fish.

“Geez you really are a big sap.” I tease him despite my cheeks obviously getting redder.

“I’m just as much of a sap as you are. You can’t argue with me there.” He smirks and stand up to grab both of our plates.

“Okay but you are way more of one than I am.” I get up to help him clean the dishes.

“Yeah, sure Y/N. Whatever you say.” He says before laughing at me and walking away. I scoff, put away the last dish, and follow him out of the kitchen and into the living room.

“What do you want to do for the rest of the night?” I ask him while he puts his hand on my thigh. I grab the TV remote put of his other hand and look for a movie to watch.

“I was thinking of just putting on anything random and talking for a while.” He smiles at me and I immediately click on the first movie name I recognized.

“Again you big sap.” He squeezes my thigh and shakes his head. “I’ll stop now. What do you want to talk about then?” I snuggle into his side and rest my head on his chest.

“Literally anything. I just like talking to you, about everything and anything. Say something about me being a sap again and I’ll hit you with a pillow.” He adds the last part when I look up at him and scrunch up my nose teasingly. 

“I wasn’t going to, Colton. I promise. Well guess what I have planned for us tomorrow.” He hums in response. “Of course we are going to sleep in, then I was thinking we could go into town and look around at the sights. Maybe get some lunch or dinner too. And we can just come back after to lay down or go swimming when it’s dark.”

“That sounds great. I am so tired from doing all that we did today, so that will a good thing to just lay low. Plus, you never know how tomorrow night will really go.” He nudges my shoulder when I laugh at him.

 “Yeah, okay big boy. You can hope all you want. But, as comfortable as I am, and as much as I want to keep talking to you, I am exhausted. We did so much today. I really just want to lay down with you and sleep for 28 hours.”

“28 hours, eh?” He mocks while picking me up off of the couch and heading to our room. When we get to the room he sets me down on the bed and takes off his shirt and shorts, leaving on his boxers. I take off my shirt and pants before putting on his shirt and laying back down. He lays on his side and pulls my body flush to his, so that my back is pressed against his chest and his arms are around me.

“Night, Colton. Love you.” I smile and kiss his arm. He mumbles back his reply into my hair, and we both drift to sleep.
