We are adding a small list of answers of questions that have arisen in our server, which include our policy about 3D artists or writers who may want to participate!

  • What is the challenge about?
  • Destinytober is a challenge for all creatives to participate in. Do a Destiny themed piece (art, writing, 3D) a day taking a prompt from the list, in order (so 1st Dissect, 2nd Tower, and so on)
  • Can I combine promts?
  • Yes, managing is pretty much up to you. If you can't keep up with making 1 piece a day, you can combine several (order is preferred so it keeps the purpose of the list) prompts if that would alliviate more stress (or just do the Lazy/Stress free mode we've attached! The reddish picture).
  • How strict do I have to be about the prompts?
  • Prompts serve as inspiration or starting point. Everything else is up to your interpretation. Some like "Vex" are pretty straightforward, but others like "Ensnare" are not!
  • I'm a writer, do we have to do an X amount of words for each day?
  • No. This challenge is meant to be fun! Do as much you can or want in your spare time. Some artists post sketches at days or fully finished pieces depending on their schedules, so it's fair to not limit writers with a word count.

In all seriousness tho I am once again doing ArtFight! I fuckin... forgot that Exos are Mechs and I've got two of those, so this is TECHNICALLY incorrect, but whatevs. I'm gonna be doing colored sketches this year only, to make sure I don't get burnt out after the first week lmao

A Starry Night (Last City Edition)

My piece for @d2artevents spring zine! I was SO excited that I got to do Starry Night, and I put so much care and love into this piece♥️As always, check out #D2Museum2024 for everyone's pieces! (BONUS!!! SPEEDPAINT BELOW!!!)

Doing this as traditionally as possible was VERY important to me, so I used the eraser as little as possible. I also added some texture to the paper, as well as left space between my strokes like in the original piece :3
