I finally found the time to watch a transistor playthrough (didn’t have the time before because college and life).
You said I couldn’t blame you for the suffering that would occur however I have chosen to ignore that and blame you anyways as I sit here bawling my eyes out at the end. Like wtf bro.
It’s not fair that there are in fact SO MANY parallels between them and RG and like imagining that ending with those two has me very unwell.

My heart was already breaking throughout the whole game without the help of the RG parallels running through my mind and thinking about the v9 epilogue and the way Mr. Unknown/boxer/sword boyfriend (husband?) talks about red when he thinks she isn’t there????? Devastating.
Thinking about how openly and vocally he is so deeply in love with her vs. how she can’t speak but does so by typing out and actually going through with breaking the heart of the spine of the world. How she would literally tear everything apart including herself in the end to protect him and be with him. The way that oscar so openly expresses his feelings about everything, and Ruby, on multiple occasions does everything she can to protect him when he’s in danger? The way oscar would, without even thinking about it, throw himself in front of her to protect his light…
Do you see what you have done???? I’m literally never going to recover
