God Logan calling rehab the "nuthouse" only to be directly responsible for Kendall's relapse just a few episodes later 😭😭😭. Using Kendall's addiction as a weapon to punish him. The cruelty is truly the point. Three years sober is such an accomplishment especially when Kendall still has unrestricted access to all the drugs he wants but he's only ever met with vitriol about it.
no i know you're absolutely right this is devastating thank you i am in pain. The way that in the first three episodes alone we see how people interact with him while he's in recovery (imagine the 3 years we never saw!) it's a huge accomplishment that the constant comments or the behaviours of people around him didn't cause him to break (to be clear i love Stewy and Rava, just saying it's gotta be hard re: recovery)
and then, the way he mentions deliberately avoiding the news because he just knows what his dad is capable of. And when Rava brings it up in the context of his children reading it.. it just confirms his worst fears and you see him start to finally break...
Even when he asks 'what article' he already knows.
