I went to see the new Little Mermaid movie last week. For the most part I really liked it. Sad about some songs they cut and how little her sister were in it. But I loved Eric’s expanded character and two of the new songs were very good.

My one major gripe from the movie other than the CGI is the lack of Ariel’s sisters.

Why make all this merch for characters that are barely in the movie???? You cut their ONE song and if such a long movie I feel like they show up less than they did in the original.

I hoped that since they put such an emphasis on them ruling their own sections of the ocean that maybe they would show up with Triton to help Ariel but no.

To celebrate the new Disney Princess movie 'Raya and the Last Dragon' I drew a remake of a piece I did in 2017. So basically its as if the Princesses were born the day their movie came out. So Raya is a new born and Beauty and the Beast came out in 1991 so she is 30 this year.

Say what you want. I know they are just characters, but they mean so much more. I honestly wouldn’t be who I am without them.

Basically it’s as if each princess was born the year their movie came out. And so since Snow White was born in 1937 she will be 80 in 2017, and Moana came out last year 2016 so in 2017 she will be 1. Hope it’s not to confusing and you like it.
