May or may not have a Colleen Hoover obsession. 🌚
“For the first time in my life, I hear absolutely everything.”
Day eleven of #jinglemybooks: addictive books. New Adult contemporaries are the most addicting books I read. More often than not, I’ll read them in one sitting. ❤
Finished It Ends With Us and I don’t know where to put all these feelings.
Favorite book of 2016. ❤
A wonderfully conceited romance novel with the dose of the right ingredient, love, music and betrayal in Colleen Hoover’s Maybe Someday, we meet Sydney. Sydney lives in a perfect world crafted by her good behavior. She’s a good student, has a steady job, lives with her best friend and has a great boyfriend. In between her days, she is enchanting by beautiful, unidentified music, which is coming from her opposing balcony.
Suddenly, her bubble is broken when she finds out her beloved boyfriend is cheating on her. Heartbroken, yet the music on the other side of her balcony seems to be her one true solace. Behind her current soundtrack is Ridge. Ridge gives her hope to move on and trust again in a relationship. What commences is a tender union between two song writers and potentially a new love, if and only she could move on.

“For her I bend. For you I break.”
Deep and personal, Colleen Hoover narrates a story which is painfully honest and brave.
