Back/biceps plus cardi-no
3x10-12 (last set do as many as you can)
Wide grip lat pull down
Single arm dumbbell rows
Seated cable rows
Close grip lat pull down
Alternating dumbbell curls
Single arm dumbbell preacher curls
Standing cable bicep curl
Then 30 min of whatever cardio you want!!!!
