“Mommy, Daddy, They Shot My Clown!”
- I might have to look for a new job because I won’t be able to go back to mine until the fall. Maybe sometime this summer if I’m lucky.
- I started buspirone but it gave me headaches so now I’m on sertraline. Whether it’s working better than escitalopram or not I’m not sure because, you know, global pandemic.
- My skin is clearing up. I don’t wear makeup aside from nail polish but I’m taking skincare more seriously this year.
- I haven’t had a haircut in over a month but I got a super cute pixie cut last time.
- Also been exercising a lot more.
- I got two super cute one pieces so I’m eager to go swimming soon. Hopefully.
Haven’t done a personal post in a while. I realized I never talked about season two of Supernatural. Which I watched way back in November. I’ve been watching Twin Peaks and I’m looking forward to The 100’s seventh season.
In My Time of Dying
Fredric Lahne’s character. Did I ever mention how much I love male possession?
Everybody Loves a Clown
Post title comes from this ep. Growing up, I was never coulrophobic because I had this stuffed clown-accordion hybrid toy. His name was Clownyboy and he played “This Old Man.” I got him in a box somewhere but I found a picture of the same toy on eBay.
Evan’s dad said, “Don’t be afraid of clowns. They’re nice, they’re your friends.” I wish that was universally true! The clown is a shapeshifter and I’m a fan of that. Also, on the carnival theme, no two funhouses look exactly alike. At least in movies and shows I’ve seen.
