Excuse my tired yet happy Riddler potato face (it looks the same when Nygma got hugged by Penguin in 3x05 lol), BUT I FINALLY MET ROBIN LORD TAYLOR AGAIN AFTER A LONG WHILE! Meeting him was well worth it because he was so easygoing, friendly, hilarious, kind, and everything I would ever expect from him. I told him how much of an inspiration he is and he was also nice enough to sign my irl Penguin partner Kris’s first Nygmobblepot drawing (which was based on the Titanic) which I brought along (since they couldn’t attend the con due to living in Germany) and I also complimented his precious cat Finn too. His panel was so wholesome and I love how supportive he was to the Canadian Gotham Fandom. And of course for our Photo Op pose, we had to do the “Love Riddle” pose, feat. my tiny Penguin Funko Pop in the hearty hands.

this scene was the moment I started shipping nygmobblepot. it felt so sincere and beautiful and I cried like a son of a gun (which I rarely do… or so I believe) and it was the first time oswald opened up to anyone like that ;_; and the way he was looking at ed while playing the piano and in the last gif speaks for itself.

and the amount of similarities with what they’ve been through and the way they were treated is ridiculous.
