Since the Ms. Pac-Man Galaga Class of '81 cabinet is supposed to have the newer type of coin door I went ahead and added the Retro530 coin door light kit today! 💜🕹️👍🏻

This thumbnail kinda makes me want more Gremlins for the Kama Arcade.. I do have a Gizmo Furby and a Critter though at least.. haha

The new cabinet arrived early today so I spent all afternoon building it. The machines are starting to look numerous in the Kama Arcade! 💜🕹️😁👍🏻

This is my next cabinet coming to the Kama Arcade..

I needed a more accurate Ms. Pac-Man but I chose this one instead of the black one because my other one is already black!

I'm going to use a pink bubble top joystick on it and line the side t-molding in pink

It has some games my other cabinets don't have including the previous black Ms. Pac-Man like King & Balloon, Druaga and RallyX!

It's very strange to me that John Carpenter films weren't appreciated in their time and a lot of them were overlooked at the theater and considered failures. Also he didn't get the success and acclaim he deserved at the time until cult audiences came along. People like me who grew up with his films..

I especially appreciate originally lesser appreciated films of his like Halloween 3 season of the witch along with beloved titles like The Thing, Big Trouble in Little China and They Live.

I like how most of them received state of the art immersive audio with overhead sound support in their 4K restorations!

I love his style and the iconic soundtracks of his films.. the mis en scene is always impeccable as well.

Something that is sorta driving me crazy is a memory I seem to have of a giant pinball machine that had everything oversized and made of wood including the ball.

I seem to remember it being sort of a novelty but ultimately a failure because of how slow it was.

However, I for the life of me can't find any information about it.. only about Hercules pinball which was also really big but not what I'm thinking about.

Seems an awfully specific memory to be a false one or a dream.. and why would I dream about that specifically as a child?

No, it wasn't a perspective thing either.. The flippers and such where literally jumbo compared to other tables that were normal sized!
