This custom Sailor Moon arcade cabinet is cute!!

I just stumbled upon this work and I was quite impressed and thought it'd be a step in the right direction for the design of these cabinets! Especially the control panels.. I really don't like the Arcade1UP ones..

The one who made these still didn't do the far left and right players correctly they are supposed to be angled so the players on them stand totally to the side of the machine but they still look way better than arcade1up's control panels..

They'd probably have to make it deeper to arrange the controls exactly like the original but that'd be okay..

Regardless of all that I feel like these look quite good and I'd be happy to have something like them in the Kama Arcade!

Not gonna lie though if some company mass produced these tomorrow I'd be tempted to buy them.. ESPECIALLY if they where XL sized!

Here's a picture of the original full sized control panel for reference as to how the far left and right players should be angled.

Just saying but I think these pics show how slim the arcade1up 3/4 scale machines already were..

Look at how I have to pull the MK machine forward a few inches to line up the control panel with my KI Pro machine which is XL size..

Also look at how well the sideart fits with this thickness although it's still noticeably slimmer than a full size MK cabinet.. it wouldn't fit that well with an even slimmer cab..

Arcade Attract Mode Sounds

Some people don't understand why someone would turn off the attract sounds in their arcade machines and I would relate to the sound of the cacophony of machines being nostalgic. However..

The reason is because in my house the arcade is right next door to my theater and I need to keep the door open to get air from the AC in... I don't like hearing them in the background while trying to watch videos.. so I prefer the machines to be silent when they are not played!

My new bigger better monitor from Buy Stuff Arcades for the MK machine has shipped! Looking forward to it.. the stock one for it had terrible viewing angles particularly from the second player side..

I finally got more than 42 hits with Orchid in Killer Instinct! 💜🕹️😊👍🏻

I even did it against the CPU after practicing on a dummy second player!

I've made it a lot closer to the top with this.. I'm currently 12th place in the online leaderboards for KI with Orchid's 46-hit combo!

And I did it with a "garbage" suzo happ ultimate joystick haha

OMG, this mini Sega Astro City candy cab is so cute! It even has a mini riser to make it look like a reproduction of a full size machine and a mini stool for action dolls to sit at it! This is the best one right now IMHO

In the Total Recall for NES game advert it originally said, "They stole your mind. Now get it back." but I thought it'd be funny if it said, "They stole your mind. Now get it bach." 😂😅🤔💜
