Inktober No. 30 - Holding back tears

When John entered the flat and found Sherlock on the ground, he rushed to check if he was alive. He was holding back tears when he found a pulse. Later, it turned out Sherlock had just forgotten to take care of his transport and collapsed from a lack of nourishment and sleep.
