Okay here’s my headcanons:
Genji: He’s also a Slytherin. C’mon, their colours are green and silver and has close connections to snakes and serpents? Slytherin isn’t just the ‘evil’ house (nicely covered here); it allows for many good qualities. A ninja like Genji needs resourcefulness, cunning, and cleverness, plus we know he had a past of arrogance and selfishness, not to mention his furious vengeance on the Shimada clan.
Gabriel: I’m kinda back and forth on Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. Hufflepuffs are loyal and hardworking, and considering that Gabriel felt betrayed from not being recognized for his service it would be a great deconstruction on ‘Puff ideals. Plus ‘Puffs accept everybody which makes sense considering that Blackwatch takes on a whole lot of odd-balls.
Junkrat: Ravenclaw. You heard me. Making your own explosives requires knowledge of chemistry and engineering, and his weapons are incredibly inventive. He’s also clever and curious enough to find whatever ‘treasure’ in the outback.
Widowmaker: Not a Slytherin. We can’t know what house she’d truly be in because she’s been brainwashed and reprogrammed so what we see of her is not her true personality.
