For example: I'm born in the year of Rooster, Horse hour (11:00am to 1:00pm). What my mom used to say that I tend to be lazy since it's past the time a Rooster is supposed to be awake, and I may like to mingle around since it's past my working hours.

So yeah, there are things like this you'll need to consider. Also, I'd suggest to check up the relationship of Chinese astrology with time zones as well. I was born and am living in a place with the same time zone as China, so that's not a big problem. But for those in the Western countries or any places that is far from China, you may want to take the time difference into consideration as the planetary bodies may be different too.
