Sorry I took so long to answer this one! I will list them bellow and I will only choose one from each era. They will appear from the conquest to the current asoiaf timeline :)

Aegon Targaryen/Rhaenys Targaryen - The Conqueror and his one true soft love. 👸🤴

Aenys Targaryen/Alyssa Velaryon - They were like Westeros's Prom King and Prom Queen. 💁‍♀️

Jaehaerys Targaryen/Alysanne Targaryen - (DUH!) I don't even think this needs an explanation.

Baelon Targaryen/Alyssa Targaryen - These two don't need an explanation either, and Baelon was a true man with a capital M! Who else would spend his remaining days a widow, caring for the sons his beloved lady with the mismatched eyes left him I just... *crying forever* 😭😭😭

Daemon Targaryen/Rhaenyra Targaryen - No explanation needed. He was the Rogue Prince she was the Realm's Delight. Hottest. F_cking. Couple. In. History. #haterscry #youwishyourotpwasthishot🔥🔥🔥🐉🐉🔥🔥🔥

Aegon III Targaryen/Daenaera Velaryon - We stan our lord and saviour baby cheeks Aegon and his bae. Enough said. 🥺🥺

Brynden "Bloodraven" Rivers/Shiera Seastar - I confess I like them less than other couples, just because Shiera doesn't really interest me as a character. Brynden I do LOVE though, and that "A woman I desired" line of his, I mean... I have to add them to the list.

Maeker Targaryen/Dyanna Dayne - Literally we know nothing about them - or almost nothing - but I love Maekar because his name is cool. They also had tons of babies so I like to picture stern Maekar being very serious about his "duty" 😌

Aegon V Targaryen/Betha Blackwood - Again obvious reasons, she was the gal Egg chose so we stan. We stan everyone who just went ahead and married and said f_ck you society 😂😂

Jaehaerys II Targaryen/Shaera Targaryen - Again they said f_ck y'all and married each other. Plus bonus points for wincest.

Rhaegar Targaryen/Lyanna Stark - A few years ago I was really into them, read tons of fics, loved the fanart... After F&B though I started liking the Targ incest couples more XD but I still love them, they were one of my first asoiaf ships.

And... that's it. I think I do like the idea of Jon Snow/Daenerys Targaryen 🐉🐺 but I think I do need to see it in action before I really ship it hard.

As a bonus, couples that aren't my fav from the eras but I also really love🤗: Orys Baratheon/Argella Durrandon (I am adding Orys because he was half Targaryen), Rhaena Targaryen/Elissa Farman, Rhaenys Targaryen/Corlys Velaryon, Daemon Targaryen/Mysaria of Lys, Laenor Velaryon/Joffrey Lonmouth (Laenor was half Targaryen so I am adding him), Rhaenyra Targaryen/Harwin Strong, Baela Targaryen/Alyn Velaryon, Daeron Targaryen/Jeremy Norridge.
