2. Really Really - Virgin Eustass Kid x F! Reader, man oh man oh MAN. The idea of Thee Captain Kid still being a virgin is so hot to think about. I need him expeditiously. I'll teach him everything he'll ever need to know. YEOW.

3. Just the Tip - Eustass Kid x F! Reader, and yes its just like the name implies. Something about him just makes my brain melt, on god. And the idea of him being a HUGE FUCKING BRAT just to hold it over you is ~~sdjaskdjsalkdjaksjfekjgkldjfiajsfiasja wsjdasjl aks jflkadjflkajfaiwr jwa~~. I need him CARNALLY.

What’s the Magic Word? - My original self-insert story about a Witch aligned with the Straw Hat Pirates who finds herself temporarily allying with the Kid Pirates in order to reunite with her crew. I felt like a lot of fics I read at the time about Eustass Kid were pretty dark (which I love reading don't get me wrong) but I noticed a lack in stories where a character could be a part of the crew where they weren't coerced or kidnapped by the crew first. So I wanted to take an approach where a character is forced to be with them by outside influences, and how Kid and the crew would react and handle that. Plus it felt fun putting in a type of character that has not been confirmed canon in the series, despite the jokes that Dr. Kureha is a witch, which I lowkey buy but until its confirmed I don't think there are any witch characters full stop. This story is centered between Kid and Rowena and how they spend the 2 year time skip together.
Turn Back Time - This was originally meant to be an reader insert AU where the characters were relatable enough that anyone could envision themselves as the characters, but doing Y/N - especially on a book as long as this one turned out to be - didn't sit well with me and so I gave them names, and after putting so much love and effort into them and their backgrounds, they became more based off my own personal experiences. In fact, Andrea and Candy are loosely based off myself and my childhood best friend! Again, I wanted to take a different approach on how Kid and the Kid Pirates interact with people who don't mock or insult them, and now this story is more about what it would be like to be on the crew itself, in addition to the romantic relationships between the OCs and the crew. It has been a lot of fun not only bringing these OCs to life, but also bringing the crew itself to life - even if most of how I write them is entirely based on personal headcanons, I do my best to align each character up to as much canon information as we get from them.
At First Sight - this was a one shot that turned into a mini-series and I surprised myself with how much I packed into it. Originally a stand-alone porn trope collaboration story, I've put a lot of love into this one to create a fun story where the reader is the main character and the reader gets to learn who they really are at the same pace as the Kid Pirates. This is a story where the reader gets to meet and sail with the Kid Pirates under amicable circumstances but its not without tension, angst, smut, and violence. My first Y/N story that is 2 chapters away from completion!!
KillerCook - I saw a hot dude make brownies on Instagram and thought ‘what if Killer.’ That’s it. I feel like I managed to create an authentic social media experience that readers can visualize as they read, and I think that's neat! Plus its fun to see the crew in a modern setting just hanging out and doing fun things. Plus plus, I felt like Killer really deserved his own fic♥
Captain_CumShot - I'll be honest, I've never used OnlyFans so this was a real shot in the dark but I'm grateful to my beloved mutual (idk if you wanted to be tagged in this but you know who you are) who was able to guide me so I could create another modern social media fic that was true to how a real OF account experience would feel like. This fic is 100% to sexualize the Captain of the Kid Pirates because he would irl undoubtedly have an account where all he has to do is show dick and get paid for it. Easy money, easy life!

Thank you @thus-spoke-lo for the tag in this fun self-recommendation game! I always feel a bit awkward posting reminders and announcements when chapters are ready for reading, but I'll take a moment to hype myself and the words of my labor up. Here are my 5 favorite things I've written so far!

What's the Magic Word? - So I love how One Piece is this giant fantastical world where pirates are a real threat and mermaids, dragons, and magic quite literally exist. I thought it was odd that there wasn't a witch character at all, especially with how well it would fit into the universe, and what type of role/responsibility power like that would look like. Rowena my baby was born. It's everything I've ever learned while practicing the craft, enjoyed seeing in pop culture media, and inspired by cultural lores that I participate in or have great respect for. I wanted to create a character that could believably exist in the One Piece world and then have her do a bunch of fun and cathartic things (that may or may not be a reflection of real life). Falling in love with Eustass Kid was not on my radar (is falling in love ever?) - in fact the first draft of the story didn't have the Kid Pirates at all. Nope, just my witchy girl and the Straw Hats having adventures. Then I got to the Sabaody Archipelago and I saw him. I thought it would be fun to put these characters in a situation where they weren't friends or enemies but rather temporary witness protection body guards with a powerful ass witch as their protectee. Plus the smut. Love the smut and romance always. Its my first writng project I've done since college and I'm so happy to be back in the writing sphere. This book will have a sequel :)
Turn Back Time - This was a random dream that turned into a 20+ multichapter fic and I'm not even mad about it. In this one I took a fun approach to the story by centering it not just on the OCs but the Kid Pirates themselves. My first fic didn't really acknowledge many of them until the editing stage but this fic is entirely about the Kid Pirates and what it's like being in their crew. Especially as the love interests of some of the scariest, beefiest dudes that end up just being touch-starved men who are fully capable of vulnerability and love. It's been fun and I am excited for the upcoming themes and trials they'll go through! There will only be the one book but it will follow the journey of the Kid Pirates up until the very recent events in the manga.

Not a frenemy but a familiar with benefits! I lowkey based Y/N's badassery on Beidou from Genshin Impact.
KillerCook - I saw a hot dude make brownies on Instagram and thought 'what if Killer.' That's it. I wasn't sure how I was going to present it so I settled for creating a social media experience and I'm pretty sure I delivered. I'm a Kid Pirates loyalist, if you want something else you can check my Swampstew Bedtime Stories but my bread and butter are these anarchist psychos. Now comes with accessories such as: baker's hat and apron, and also a set of gold body piercings! The response has been supportive and excitable, and it's inspired me to do another modern social media influencer monetization fic, coming soon 😏 on Friday actually!
Oh Yandere! series - I wanted to give myself an opportunity to play around with some dark content and found myself really enjoying it. Especially in the noncon/dubcon vein. I've been too meek to do anything more than head canons but I have recently been inspired to explore some truly deplorable characters if I pick this series up again. If not, I might do a short series on Yandere Eustass Kid that has some...inspiration from another popular fandom that may or may not piss some people off. ANYWAYS! Live Laugh DarkContent

21. Do you prefer writing chaptered fics or one-shots?

I like both! I like writing multi-chapter because when it comes to Eustass Kid, I can't shut the fuck up. One shots are perfect for being short, sweet/spicy without investing too much, and for writing other characters that I don't normally write for. If I ever write anything for an OP character that I can see myself doing multi-chapters for, I would ~ but I tend to reserve it all for the big, mean Captain. He deserves it the most and that's on commitment.

29. What’s something about your writing that you’re proud of?

I feel like I have a certain tone/vibe I put out when I write content that people pick up on and enjoy, and that makes me proud. I also feel like when I write a character, I can match their personality and blend it well to a fic/trope. I've also had a few people tell me that I write characters well enough that its blurring the lines between fanon and canon and that's makes me feel like I'm doing a great job even while I'm writing and I get those doubtful, intrusive thoughts poking around my brain♥

35. What’s your favorite fic you’ve posted?

Honestly, I love all my fics and I'm super proud of the time, love, and effort I put into each one. But like any proud parent, I do have a favorite child, and I think its KillerCook because it's purely fun content with no risk. I don't have to put the characters through arcs, trauma, pain or anything - everyone has a good time where no one has to die, and everyone (but most importantly, Kid) gets to eat!
