Hello Hello everyone!

I spent the day practicing and studying Mathias and Antoine, because I want to be able to draw them consistently and also because I was trying to finalize their appearance once and for all.

But while I was listening to my soundtrack for them, I realized that I had an itch that I needed to scratch.

I know very well who the father of the twins is, I have a clear idea of his appearance.

But I didn't have a proper idea for their mother. Or rather, I know her background, who she is, and her story, but I hadn't truly managed to visualize her as of yet.

Hence, the itch that I had to scratch, and my need to draw the twins' mother, trying my best to make her resemble both her son and her daughter.

I like to think that Mathias and Antoine got from her their piercing, beautiful dark eyes and soft dark hair, along with her fiery personality and sweetness of temper.

She would be so proud of them.

Well, now I can go back to finish the other artwork I was working on yesterday.

My mind is clear.

As I said, WIP #5 was the one with the most votes in the poll, and I worked a bit on it tonight and will probably continue tomorrow! :D

But omg I was so happy to work on it, ngl, because it features all the Baguette Bois plus my De Beaumonts.

Look at them.

Look at my precious babies. How I love and adore them.

My Emotionally Constipated Antoine; my wise and sweet Mathias; my darling and savvy Colette. I love these siblings so much, they give me life. LIFE. And I was so happy to be able to integrate some of the brainstormings I did a few weeks ago into their designs (mainly the coloring, lolol).

This wip looks promising, we will see what's gonna happen.

Now time for me to go to sleep, it's late over here!

Hijo De La Luna

Good evening, good evening my dear mutuals.

Allow me to share this 2-hour study of dearest Mathias, my darling bebe, most beloved and adored among all the ocs I have created.

*hugs this bebe tightly*

Lately I have been doing a deep brainstorming for both him and his twin, Antoine, and today I truly wanted to draw him again, in another portrait. Despite this being a speedy study, I was actually happy with how he turned out, both in terms of lineart and coloring (seriously. this morning my brain was genuinely glitching, and for a moment there I was actually pretty sure that I forgot how to colour).

In regards to the title, I found myself listening quite often to it while writing about Mathias and it accompanied also as I was drawing him and Dorothea in my previous artwork. I found that it just stuck with me and how I perceive his character, how connected to the Night he is.

Also, not going to lie, I like to imagine that Antoine and Mathias used to sing this song when they were children, one of the few memories they still have of their mother.

So, it was quite appropriate, in my opinion.

Hello Hello!

So, a few days ago I reblogged one of the very first versions of my Dorothea, and I wondered how my old artwork would look if I were to rework it now, with 3 more years of research, knowledge, practice and honed skills.

So, thanks to @susann-noir and @tkwritesdumbassassins enabling, I decided to give it a go, and redraw her!

Well, allow me to show you the result, and I am very happy with it!

Here 'tis The Countess Dorothea Marianne Starrick, daughter of Grand Master of the British Rite Crawford Joseph Starrick and Countess Annette Ingrid Bielke, Grand Master of the British Rite after her father, wife to Jacob Frye and Mother of the Starrick-Frye Bunch.

My creative pride and joy right there.

I like to imagine this was a portrait her father commissioned after she came back from Sweden.

a small redraw of my Verona, based on an old old artwork (probably the first one I ever did for her). Maybe she turned out a touch sweeter than I originally intended, but overall, I love how this look and I honestly had so much fun while working on it. Felt like my true self again. :)

I decided to go with Thalia in a 30 mins warm-up sketch, and then draw some more for my own MonstersMash!AU.

Still very much focused on the spoopier side of my brain, the one that craves the gothic horror that I adore so much (I just wish I could share the music I was listening to while artworking, to properly convey the spoopiness). Plus, I am digging the direction I am taking with the Auditores, so I was happy with how the sketch is coming. but dear Gods, this time around, no ultra detailed garments, because my eyes will riot.

well, time for me to go to dinner.

De Beaumont Siblings

As I said in my post on my main blog, when it comes to Assassin's Creed I am focusing mostly on Unity and all the Ocs I created for it.

So today, as a warm up sketch, I decided to quickly sketch the three protagonists of my own story, "Confluence".

So, here you have, from left to right, Mathias, aka my version of Greencoat, his twin sister Antoine, Master Assassin in the Brotherhood, and their baby sister Colette, the cheeky yet kindhearted cook employed at the Café Théâtre. They are all shipped with ocs and canon characters alike (namely, Dorothea for Mathias, Claude for Antoine and Arno for Colette).

All three siblings are of Spanish and Italian descent, and they are as thick as thieves with one another. You mess with one, you mess with the whole family; Antoine and Colette, in particular, are extremely protective of their brother, who has a heart as big as Paris and a gentle disposition. However, they are not above bickering like normal siblings, and you should see the way Antoine and Mathias quarrel together and prank each other.

I am still trying to work on their general appearance and wardrobe, because even if I created Colette back in March 2020, I was always so focused on Syndicate that I never truly had the time to fully develop her as I should have.

So now, I am rectifying this, and I have to say, it was fun to do this today. All three of them have a special place in my heart, and alongside Claude and Xavier (aka Axeman and Ghost), they all form what I call "The Notre Dame Clan" (this is actually a reference to my own preternatural story, where they are all gargoyles and watch over Notre Dame and Paris. But that's a story for another time).
