(copied from @dxckiii on Twitter) this could literally change everything.
They have begun a recount process. WAKE UP YOUR NEVADA FRIENDS AND MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM CHECK iwillvote.com to make sure their ballot was counted. if it says it was denied, they need to call immediately.
Don't scroll past this. If there's any chance someone from Nevada is following you, they need to see it. Get this as far as possible. Be loud. I know it's easy to feel hopeless right now; god knows I was crying my eyes out for a good chunk of last night, but if there's even a shred of action we can take, we can't let it slip by.
If you know anyone in Nevada, please share this with them. Reblog it. Spread it far and wide, ASAP.
Check your ballot status!
okay maybe im stupid but there is no way for me as a nevadan to check whether or not my ballot was accepted from this site. however, i was able to do so from this site: https://www.clarkcountynv.gov/government/departments/elections/voter_services.php
this is specifically limited to voters in clark county (las vegas, boulder city, henderson, et al), but i have to assume that voters in washoe county (reno, sparks, carson city, et al) and other more rural counties (nye, elko) have a similar resource available to them.
all you need to do is enter your name, the last 4 of your ssn, and your birthdate into the website. navigate the drop-down box and select "View My Voting History" or "Track My Mail Ballot" if you voted via mail-in. the system will report if your vote was counted for this election (2024) from the voting history page, and it will show when your mail ballot was recieved and if your vote was counted from the mail ballot page.
