Captain Swan in “Poor Unfortunate Soul” (Emma’s reaction to THAT moment)

I know. I know. It’s now been three days since that scene and that episode and I’m still an emotional wreck over it. I’m really not exaggerating when I say that was one of the most romantic and emotionally charged scenes I have ever seen on TV.

A lot has already been said and analyzed about that scene. The CS fandom is particularly talented and eloquent and many have wonderfully meta’d that scene over and over again so I don’t really have anything new to add CS wise.

However, instead of focusing so much on CS this time, I’d like to focus more attentively on Emma’s reaction to Killian’s beautiful words. Look, I love CS to death (if this blog and its title don’t make it obvious to you), but what drew me to this show was Emma Swan. I love that woman to pieces and seeing how her character development has always been so on par with the development of her relationship with Killian was the ultimate factor that sold me to CS. So we lost. A part of me knew this was how it was going to end back when 2 days ago we dropped from 58% to 45% in just some hours. I was there, cancelled my plans for that day so I could vote and watched us dropping like a rock, feeling completely powerless to stop it.

Well done, CS fandom! We trended worldwide!!

Okay, twitter users, we are trying to trend We Love CaptainSwan, so, if you have a Twitter account, go spread some CS love!

Again, I don’t usually care about twitter trends at all, but given the circumstances and how the poll closes today, I’d say there really is no classier way for us to get out of this entire journey than with some real show of CS love.

About the poll...

So, I think it’s common ground now that this poll is now very wrong in many different levels. They have been using “unconventional” methods and some CSers have proof of it and have already sent everything to E! Online.

This means that, besides waiting, there isn’t really anything much we can do about it from now on. You can (and should) tweet Kristin about it (@KristinDSantos), but don’t expect to get any reply. Apparently, last year something similar happened to Klaine fans when they were against another TVD couple and she didn’t do anything. 

I know all about the rumors of our votes going to them, but they’re just that. Rumors. So please keep voting, because there are only two possible outcomes: if the rumors are true and we keep voting, our numbers will go very low. Unrealistically low and that will only make the thing even sketchier, which may actually play out in our favor. If they’re not true and we keep voting, we may increase our numbers, which is obviously benefitting. So, really, the only thing we can do right now is to keep voting. There’s no other option at this point.

I will probably only post again after the poll closes, but I’m sending a big hug filled with strenght and positive energies to every CSer out there. Remember that, no matter what, our ship is a) the best, b) canon, c) endgame and d) the actors playing them absolutely love them and us. And that will never change.

People, I know te result can be disheartening and disconcerned. I’ve literally spent the entire day voting and I even cancelled plans I had scheduled (with myself anyway). The importance of night

This is for all European CSers and the American night owls. Nights are VERY important, because usually that means that a great part of the fandom goes to sleep. This is why it’s very important that while American Steroline fans sleep (like they must be tight now), the Europan CSers, who usually aren’t sleeping anymore, must step up their game and VOTE LIKE CRAZY so we can either get the lead or protect it.

Right now we’re leading but we usually drop during the mornings, so please European CSers and night owls, GO VOTE RIGHT NOW! GO VOTE LIKE CRAZY!

Poll Analysis and Strategy

Okay, guys, this is a little piece of my analysis to the poll results so far and what they could mean to our strategy.

Both sides had a really strong start. We quickly lost our 77% lead, which means Steroline fans were voting like crazy. We then even dropped to 38.5% in minutes which, yeah, speaks for itself. So this means no side really won any significant advantage right from the start, with the results balancing very often.

This means that this poll will be like this until the very end. I don’t expect to see any side having any significant advantage. Sometimes we’ll be winning, sometimes we’ll be losing, don’t expect to see any steady leads.

This is all the more reason to NOT.STOP.VOTING.UNDER.ANY.CIRCUMSTANCES. The results will be very irregular and unpredictable until the very end so remember that voting constantly is crucial. You can call me crazy, but my life will literally stop for the next 3 days (because I can actually take the time and dedicate myself fully to this).

If you’re voting nonstop and you see us dropping, don’t let that discourage you! It’s not permanent and if everyone thinks like you and keeps on voting despite the results, there will be a change! Don’t give up until the very last minute! Same with the opposite scenario, if you see us winning, don’t let that make you think the lead is safe! Seriously, guys, it is very important to not stop voting no matter the results.

There’s only one way we can win this and that is if we’re the last ones giving up and stop voting consistently and frequently. Once again, we’re facing more than one fandom. Steroline fans have gone to SQ fans to ask for their support. We’ve done this before, we’ve beat 5 fandoms before. FIVE. Because we acted as the team we are and we kept on voting no matter what!

So go grab some snacks, some drinks, get some headphones and listen to your favorite songs and VOTE FOR CS AS IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!

Helping You Relax (1/1)

AN: So given my disenchantment with last night’s episode, I decided to write what in my head happened as soon as Emma got home.

I wrote this for a new blog Vicky decided to create, where some of us over at the Savior and Pirate network will be writing drabbles and/or one-shots about things in the actual episodes that we would’ve done differently. The blog is still in progress and we’ll keep you updated about it!

Title: Helping You Relax Rating: T Summary: After Emma’s long, tiring and uncomfortable day, all she wants is to get home and finally relax. Will Killian be able to help her? Set in 4x14.

The intense and continuous sound of Killian’s boot tapping against the floor brought Henry’s gaze out of the book resting on his knees. He observed Killian for a while, noticing how he was anxiously pushing the buttons of the remote control while his hook scratched the spot behind his ear. Lately they had been spending even more time together, with his mother now dating the former pirate. Sometimes he couldn’t quite believe Captain Hook was about to become his stepfather. If Storybrooke was a normal town, he was sure that would guarantee him the coolest kid in school status.

“She’ll be fine”, Henry finally let out, a strange sense of wanting to comfort Killian washing over him.
