Hi everyone! I just read the most beautiful Stucky fanfic ever and I think everyone just needs to drop what they are doing and read it!! The fic is A Tapestry of Two by BlueSimplicity (the same one who wrote A Year in the Life of Sarge’s Person). It’s a post-catws fic mainly centered around Bucky’s recovery. It’s got elements of Greek mythology (so awesome) and Bucky taking up knitting as a hobby!
I’d like to rec this fic of Steve’s birthday fluff. I just really like the idea that no one believes that Steve’s birthday is on the 4th.

Steve has just come out of the ice and Bucky is a SHIELD agent who stays with him at the Retreat to catch him up on history. It has a little bit of everything! Bucky is aware he might be playing with fire by wearing those leggings around Captain America. Steve is aware he should not try to take off said leggings, as much as that pretty Agent Barnes might want him to.
Takes place during those few weeks when Steve was at the Retreat right after coming out of the ice.

absolutely hilarious fic where Tony owns a water park, steve works there after coming out of the ice and somehow all the avengers do too (the new york battle doesn’t happen and ws!bucky comes in later) and it’s just pure fluff & crack, plus there’s a running joke on steve choosing ‘Barnes’ as his fake identity surname :)
a/b/o dynamics, steve’s pregnant when he goes down in the ice and has lots of complications during the pregnancy and with the baby but everything’s okay, and then obviously after catws, bucky joins their family again - only 2 chapters so a quick read and it’s one of my favourite a/b/o fics :)
shrinkyclinks, kinda enemies/arguing friends to friends that still argue to lovers, where steve’s hired by tony to be bucky’s personal assistant

I just wanted to recommend the Ghosts Of War series by Eden22. Solid writing and fantastic storytelling. It’s an AU of sorts but not really? They try to be faithful to history and provide citations.
Anyway I just wanted to pass it along as I’ve been enjoying following it.
