Some of my favorite women in historical fiction/historical fantasy films
Update about my pending Troy request.
I’m writing this post because I want to let the super nice anon who requested me a Paris x Reader fic know that I’m working on it. College writing and keeping up with the readings of my course have slowed me down, but I managed to get the first scene done. The good news is that I’m getting carried away with the idea and the final result may end up being longer than what I initially expected. Thank you so much for the patience ! I feel inspired and I crave to get to post that request because I’m loving the concept.
Hopefully, It will be ready in a few days and i hope you will enjoy reading it as much as I’m enjoying writing it.
By the way, requests for Troy (2004) remain open and I’m willing to try writing for any of the film characters. I’m a bit delayed, but still very much in the mood to keep writing more if anyone wants to send some in.

Catch me sobbing about Hektor and Andromache on this fine tuesday night like the dumbass I am. They love each other so fucking much and their fates are so fucking tragic. The way Andromache says "my Hektor" every time she speaks to/about him, the last time she sees him, just before she learns he's dead, as she mourns over his body, girl help I'm going insane!!!!!
Andromache calls him "my Hektor"!!!! How much love is in such a casual, familiar display of such profound intimacy!! Their mutual devotion and love runs so incredibly deep, enough that she not only wants and feels comfortable laying claim to him like that, but that the feeling of it is so genuine and deeply ingrained that she says it all the time!! "MY HEKTOR"!!!!!! They believe they belong together! He's her's even after she's lost him, he never won't be her's! "MY HEKTOR" I'm losing it AAAAA
