Fanfiction Masterlists

My old mega masterlist for all fandoms is broken due to the amount of links it contained. I'm in the process of rebuilding it and the situation got so complicated I had to create a new one because the original post wasn't saving any modifications.

You can revisit the old one here, but from now on I will update in the following separated masterlists:

Note: I keep requests permanently open for the less popular fandoms I write for. Media or characters hard to find fics for get this priority because i write for some that very few people or no one else are currently writing reader inserts for.

Troy (2004) 20th Anniversary Celebration / May 13-14th 2024

Hi, everyone!

This will be the very first time I will be doing an event in my blog and I decided to do it in honor of the underrated special interest that turned me into a fanfict writer.

Troy (2004) turns 20 years and I want to give it love in this particular birthday. Unfortunately, sickness limited the amount of activities i could plan, so I will be doing a reduced one from my original list incluíding things i can deliver for you from bed on my phone.

What will i offer you for this special event:

-Movie Talk

Drop an ask and just let's discuss the film in whatever form you prefer. What are your favorite scenes/characters? Anything you want to revisit about the movie?

I will be open to (respectfull) myths and history vs film talks too, as long as it is not started in bad faith. The point of the event is to celebrate: we can laugh of the llama in the trojan market and other mistakes, but I won't accept hate.

-Drabbles

As the ones who know my blog are already aware of, I mostly write reader inserts fics for the movie. For so, writing will be a big part of this.

Pick a character and a prompt from any of the lists linked here and I will write a short thing for you.

In all cases for writing activities, both platonical or romantical requests are welcome.

-Headcanons

Character headcanons: can be x reader oriented or just about the character, it's up to the participant's choice.

You can also ask for headcanons centered on my fic series ( or its still in process AU)

-Match ups/special requests

Personalized writing.

Send me a brief description of yourself in the way you prefer and I will match you with one of the heroes or heroines of the movie.

Alternatively, you can also send a customized plot for me to write you a short fic.

-Playlists

Send me a character, ship or situation of the film and I'll share you songs I associate to it.

- Crossovers

Inspired by an ask i answered once to @xgoddessoffandomsx imagining a Legolas/Paris/Will meeting that I had so much fun with, i invite you to try a similiar thing.

Out of context, no explanation required, fun crossover ideas for interactions of characters for the sake of it.

During the event, I will also reblog/post general content about the film.

I'm looking foward having fun with you 💕

A Man of Honor -Odysseus x Trojan Princess!Reader Part 2

Troy (2004) Oneshot

Warnings: war captive x enemy king, age gap ( incluiding a young girl attempting to seduce a man significantly older than her).

Summary: The greek enemies of Agamemnon gather arround the task of protecting you. While your original captors show you their most friendly side, Odysseus has to admit he had grown too close with you.

Struggling with the contradictions between his needs of king and man, the time comes for him to take a definitve choice.

Note: I couldn't finish the story completely in this one, so it's most likely I will release a third part that will serve as end for it.

After being submitted to the worst of the greeks, you found a chance to discover there were still good people among them to be discovered in the most unexpected of places. Your presence, although welcomed, brought Odysseus a problem of practical order.

During most of the day, he had to be away to lead his army. With him would go his most trusted men, possibly leaving you to an uncertain fate. He didn't want to keep you tied to a headpost of his tent like a slave, but allowing you to roam free through the camp was a risk for your safety if no one of his trust could be watching over you. By any means necesary, he had to prevent another brutal attack to happen while he would be too far to help you.

As precaution, he started sending you to the tents of the myrmidons. Not like their prize, but as a favor that their leader was doing to his friend on his time of inaction on the war. Odysseus trusted Achilles and, despite knowing you hated him, he begged you to behave for your own good.

So you did, only because he said it and you trusted his word. It could have been a recipe for disaster, but you ended greatly surprised. The man who received you didn't act at all like the arrogant brute you once meet. Alongside him, there was always a young lad you didn't got to meet before. His presence seemed to soften the warrior, who treated him like his little brother.

Patroclus, younger cousin of the myrmidon leader, couldn't trust any of his senses when you told him you were a Princess of Troy. He had never meet a princess before, so his harmless curiosity became a bonding point for you. Spending time with him was quite fun. As he gained your trust, you became less wary of his countrymen thanks to his interventions.

When your defensive attitude stopped being a problem, Achilles finally asked you about the significant spectacle you gave to his soldiers fighting for your freedoom back in the temple. He made you explain yourself as if he knew that his cousin was going to love your answer, yet incapable of predicting the chaos he had unleashed through that interrogation. As you admitted to have been learning from your eldest brother, Patroclus' excitement knew no limits. He practically begged you to duel against him with his teacher as witness.

You, being the only known student of Hector, were his perfect match for a combat training session. His sweet insistence managed to flatter you, since he seemed very convinced to have found in you the best rival available. Finding yourself dragged by his entusiasm, you accepted as if was an autentical challenge. Instants later, Achilles watched you get into it like if you were two children playing with wooden swords.

Most likely, that was the image he had of you.

Back in the moment he saw you entering the tent of Agamemnon, he was grossed by the situation and intended to protect you. The reaction was strange and you didn't got to understand it on time. Getting to know him a bit better showed you that being of a similar age to Patroclus meant he saw you as a little girl and felt inclined to treat you as such.

It could sometimes be a bit frustrating, specially arround Odysseus.

In that oportunity he had came back earlier than expected, when the sun wasn't yet going down. The happy noises of your playfull battle let him know you were having a good time and that was a comfort for his heavy heart carrying the burden of yet another defeat.

" Enough swordplay! " Achilles was instructing, childishly invested. " Come on, Patroclus! The family honor is at risk! "

You raised your arm with the wooden sword in hand, heroic gesture of your charge into battle.

" FOR TROY!! "

By the instant Odysseus got a clear sight of the scene, the clash had turned out in your favor. The lad was on the ground and you had threw yourself over him to proceed the fight weaponless. Mutual laughter on the start of your friendly wrestling, but the fight ended when he stopped moving because you were straddling his lap.

" Turns out you do quite good when the fight is fair, little one. " Odysseus commented, making you aware of his presence. " Now, where are your manners? "

You smiled and quickly raised up to rush on his encounter.

" Don't ruin their fun, Odysseus. " Achilles mocked him, noticing you had tossed your victory aside for the newcomer. " Let them discover their bodies the way I did. "

Patroclus avoided to raise fast just to hide the shame as you did hidding on the embrace of the ithacan king.

Hey hey hey!!!! So I recently watched 2004 Troy and may I just say my love for Achilles and Odysseus was huge before I saw it, now? ITS FUCKING ENORMOUS!!! Sooo I was wondering if you could write an Odysseus x Female warrior reader, where the reader is part of the Trojan army and gets overpowered at some point but before she gets killed the person fighting her takes off her helmet and sees she’s a girl so they take her bake the camp as a hostage and somehow she meets Odysseus???? Or you can come up with your own story idc as long as it’s Odysseus x female warrior lol! If not that’s okay too!!

OMG, MY TROY (2004) PROPAGANDA IS FINALLY REACHING!

I totally understand you. Despite i did the reverse journey (was introduced to the characters by the movie as a kid, then read more about them later ) i get the feeling you are describing cause just … they are such loveable versions portrayed so well by handsome actors that fit them perfectly! ( at least in my opinion.)

I mean, look at them:

Btw, of course i will write this request for you! And I also have another requested Odysseus x (fem)Trojan Reader with a similar yet different enough plot that i'm about to post a second part for.

Regarding Achilles x Reader fics, my masterlist is full of those and I have a long on going series.

Avatar

I loved the Odysseus x Trojsn princess story you just posted! Does she stay with Odysseus and return to Ithaca with him or does she escape with the Trojans at the end? ( I know that’s AU and no one escaped Troy but I love the idea of sone Trojans escaping and living free.) I’d love to see more chapters. It’d be interesting to see how her family would react if they found out.

Hi :)

( and sorry for the late reply)

I'm working on a second part that would resolve most of this interrogants. For it i'm taking some loose inspiration on some small facts we know from the odyssey and the aeneid.

I didn't want to tell much, because i don't want to ruin it for you, but since you ask some of the points i'm going to use are:

-The role of Odysseus in returning Agamemnon's slave in The Iliad.

-A subversion of the Odysseus and Nausicaa dynamic ( instead of a young princess developing a crush on the lost man she helped, its young princess getting a crush on the man who rescued her)

-The mentioned failed diplomatic mission that Odysseus had in Troy at the start of the war

-That part of the Aeneid when the trojans arrive to an Island ( i think it was Crete after Idomeneus was kicked out? I'm not sure, i will fact check) and some are like " cool, we got a land!", but the gods are like " Nop, Aeneas gotta be in Italy cause Rome" and they decide over who wants to stay and who wants to follow this fate of glory.

I will do change many aspects of canon for both the movie and the books.

A Man of Honor - Odysseus x Trojan Princess!Reader

Troy 2004 Oneshot

"Ok ok ok, so..... here's the idea.

Odysseus, with the younger sister of Paris and Hector, like she gets captured because she bought Briesis time to run. She fought off some of the men but couldn't get all of them. Anyway, quite like the movie scene, Agammenon "gives" her to the men to "play with" (throws her to the wolves). But instead of Achilles rescuing her, it's Odysseus. He suggests that hurting her would not be in their best interest because she is the princess of Troy, and if they harm her its gonna be really bad for them. Anyway, the reader falls for him because he's so honorable. Idk man, he seems honorable, and men with honor got me"

Sure, dear!! My twist on the concept is a bit fluffier, but hope you will enjoy it anyways.

Warnings: Kidnap, Agamemnon and Menelaus being creeps, threats and an attempt of sexual assault ( stopped by Odysseus), age gap.

Note: For this i'm pretending he is single, simply because i don't picture Odysseus as a cheater.

The gathering of the kings celebrating the first greek victory of the war finished abruptly because Agamemnon of Mycenae, supreme commander of the forces, wanted to scold his rebel soldier. Used to act as intermediate between them, Odysseus of Ithaca intended to follow the matter closely. He was the last one leaving the tent, trying to prepare Achilles for the meeting hoping he wouldn't loose his temper again. Sensically suspicious of the situation, he waited outside pretending he cared to talk with the guards of the mycenaean king.

A good amount of them were watching over a girl, likely a spoil from the looting of the temple. Two aspects of that scene got the sharp observational skills of the ithacan king on alert. The first one, knowing that the myrmidon leader would never handle a prisoner of war to a man he often adressed as an old pig. Second, that the escort was too great to watch over her. There were way to many men gathered arround her.

" Don't you all have orders to follow?" He mocked them in a friendly tone. " Just two of you would be enough, she is clearly going nowhere. "

The cleverly delivered callout brought a half smile from her, and in a closer look Odysseus noticed that her eyes were more vivacious than normal for a captive.

There was still fire in her glance, a sign of life.

" The myrmidons warned us to watch out, they say she fought bravely for her freedoom. " One of the mycenaeans informed him. " We brought her for the King, she is the treasure he has choosen."

No flicker of fear in her face as she was hearing her fate, what made Odysseus wonder if she was too brave or completely unaware of the dangers coming at her.

" Two were actually left in charge, the rest are just watching." She commented him. " They won't stop talking about how pretty they find me."

He felt as if he was being invited to share an opinion on the matter, probably being tested by her because she wanted to know if he would hurt her.

" A young slave as beautifull as you must worth more than everything I keep in my tent." He joked in return. " Even if Troy would be sacked tomorrow, like Agamemnon hopes, none of this men would afford to have one like you. They know it, so consider their vulgar admiration a reflection of their powerlessness. "

It wasn't enough to work as comfort, but she didn't mind.

" I don't mind, as long as they won't touch me."

Her pridefullness was out of place, as if she tried to prove she was still weilding some sort of authority she may have had in the past.

" Sadly, I think that's the first thing Agamemnon would want to do." Odysseus informed her, trying to do what he considered was waking her up to the new reality. " ... You were lucky of not being exhibited in front of all the other leaders in the celebration, he likes to brag about his prizes."

The latter comment seemed to have offended her, she even dared to give a few temptative steps in his direction to verbally fight back.

" I'm not a prize, I'm a hostage. " She quickly corrected. " And I'm ready to bargain the terms of my liberation."

The mycenaeans laughed, but Odysseus could tell she was being serious because the fire of her eyes could have burned him alive. Unfortunately, he couldn't keep interrogating her because the men in charge were called to bring her inside.

He watched her following them calmly and couldn't help smiling. Partially, because he wished he could ease such horrible moment for her, but also given how impressed he remained of her attitude. As if she already knew that Agamemnon wanted to see her humilliated, she quickly put together what was left of her honor and dignity walking inside with the grace of a royal.

It was in that moment when the clever king of Ithaca discovered that you, new treasure of the mycenaean king, could be hidding something of importance. After Achilles stormed out of the place he was too angry to acceed any questioning, so his curiosity had to wait a little longer.

Hi!!

Omg this is amazing!!

Actually, you read my mind with this one cause i was about to send you one that Involves an element of this concept.

I'm so gonna be doing this, probably staying up to start it tonight, but also wanna tell you that if you are Interested in the concept of Odysseus bonding with a trojan captive, i have one ( still unfinished , gotta get back to it) short series loosely inspired in the role Odysseus had on returning Chriseis to her family in the Iliad. It's kinda like a movie universe adaptation for that part of the original story.

Here is the first part:

I feel this one over here had a more platonical approach, but it could be a read to check out too. Of course, the one i'm starting for you will be romantical, but there you also have moments of Odysseus being an honorable man with a captive girl.

Also, yes. Sean Bean's Odysseus is an honorable trickster that grows on you so fast and would be a gentleman with this princess. And the conflict of interests when a daughter of Priam would fall for him is even more dramatical than Achilles and Briseis so i love this.

Thank you so much for sending it :)

Artists of Deception - Odysseus x Wife!Reader

Troy (2004) Oneshot

Requested by @blackedropedreaper

" (...) For Odysseus: (reader is female) Y/n is his wife and most trusted adviser. They're sitting in the hills, she's playing a lyre, while he's looking after the sheep and petting his dog. They're having a good time, but are soon interrupted by the messengers of king Agamenmon(?)."

Sure! This one is shorter than the last one, but i feel it plays quite nicely with the movie scene.

Warnings: None

Summary: Used as you are to participate in most of your husband's schemes, you gladly join him in the humble welcome phrank he has planned for the heralds of Agamemnon.

It was a quiet moment, like a calm before the storm. The mycenaeans have arrived, surely to deliver demmands of their king regarding the war against the trojans that was about to be unleashed. Rumours kept your kingdom alert and your husband was already informed of their presence, but he decided he wasn't going to let then come down from their ships unbothered. Being tricked by the king was sometimes an informal part of hospitality on Ithaca and not everyone was a aware that his queen enjoyed phranks as much as him. Your minds worked as one and when it was about fooling people, you were able to play them like the sweet music on your lyre while waiting in the hills.

Odysseus brought his dog to play his own acting part as guardian of a few sheeps you had arround you. Disguised as you were, you appeared to be a happy couple of peasants enjoying of a rest from the day's work and that was exactly what the heralds of Agamemnon thought when they stumbled with you.

You stopped playing, allowing them to speak.

" … We heard King Odysseus is hidding in the hills. "

There was no story previously planned and part of the fun was participating of his improvisations, so you let your husband speak first.

" Odysseus? That old bastard drinks my wine and never pays. "

You laughed in a way that allowed them to interpret your amusement as agreement of his insults.

Both were disconcerted, but only one of the messengers awkwardly replied him.

" … You must respect your king, friend."

Odysseus faked indignation with great naturality.

" Respect him? I want to punch him in the face! Allways chazing my wife, trying to tear her clothes off. "

The mycenaeans were too weirded by the whole situation, but you understood it was your call to join the fun.

" He should listen to the complains of the people instead of staring at my breasts everytime he steps inside the tavern." You commented, with equal disdain. " That piece of shit has no respect for anyone … He may punish the carriers of messages if they give him bad news. "

" That, if they chatch him sober. " Odysseus recalled, going deeper into the details you introduced. " Everyone thinks he is some sort of mad genius, but that's because the foreigners meet him only when he isn't drunk off his ass. "

" Take off the genius and stay with the madness, Odysseus is a fraud! The reputation he has harvested is completely false. "

" He is an useless bureaoucrat! I doubt he really does Greece any favors. "

The heralds understood they weren't going to get any usefull information from the two subjects who despised their king, so they intended to leave.

As they did, Odysseus began to mock them.

" I hope Agamemnon's generals are smarter than his emisaries! "

They turned back inmediately, their cluelessness and shock becoming your delight as you started to finally release your first chuckles.

" Are you ???"

He smiled mischievously at them before delivering the confirmation.

" You want me to help you fight the trojans. "

They realized of their mistake and rushed to correct it bowing with great respect.

" Forgive us, King Odysseus. "

You noticed their tension and tried to help from that front.

" Don't worry, you never stood a chance. We are artists of deception. "

Odysseus remembered that proper presentations weren't made on your side and quickly corrected that.

" She is my wife and most trusted advisor. Whatever you want to discuss with me, you can say it in front of her."

You smiled pridefully as they followed the gesture they just had with him, honoring you equally as they should.

" And I guess you came to take him away from me sooner just because your king can't stand doing his own deals with Achilles. "

The situation had happened before, you were perfectly aware of how the mycenaean king handled his most strategical but broken political relationship.

" He asks about you everytime we meet, regardless of how most times i'm there to persuade him." Odysseus joked as a way to calm you. " And he will keep us all safer if he fights on our side. "

The heralds smiled awkwardly, considering their mission accomplished.

" They better bring you home as soon as they can before this will start, or I will do the travel to Phtia myself and drag Achilles by the earlobe like the damn child he is. "

" Lovely, isn't she? " He commented to the newcomers. " This woman is the love of my life. With such fierce queen i will not have to worry too much about the state of my kingdom."

Troy (2004) Preference - How they comfort you when the war is bringing you down

Achilles

  • Let's face it. Patroclus, Eudorus and you are his own moral support against burnout.
  • So when the weight of the war starts bringing you down all greeks should be concerned. You keep Achilles grounded, if you are not strong enough to give him emotional support his volatile behavior gets even more erratic than usual.
  • Seeing you in pain gets him in a terrible mood. He hates knowing that he doesn't have the power to inmediately fix the cause.
  • " If i could climb the trojan wall right now and take over the city all by myself so this would be over, you know I would do it. " He would subtly tease you. " Do you think there is a limit to what I would do just to make your sadness fade?"

Hector

  • The spirit of Troy rests on his shoulders, he is everyone's motivator.
  • Most times that means his burnout goes unnoticed by his family and the citizens. Hector is used to be there for everyone and often neglects himself in the process of making them feel better.
  • You don't want to add weight into his already heavy load, but you would never fool him. He can tell when things are becoming too much for you.
  • " From all the people seeking my support and guidance, why would I deny it precisely to you? " He would confront you about that. " The one who remains my greatest comfort, the reason I find to carry on when nothing else seems to bring me any joy. "

Odysseus

  • He could easily fill you with calming speeches, but that's the condescending attitude he reserves for the leaders he deals with.
  • You are not Agamemnon, he doesn't need to sugarcoat things for you. Odysseus trusts you as a partner in crime and if things aren't going alright, his way to cheer you up is involving you in one of his schemes.
  • He believes you would feel better while working on solutions with him and won't let you feeling sorry for yourself all alone.
  • " We are going to end this war, you and me. " He would insist over and over while roping you in. " Do you have any doubts of that? Because I don't, I knew from the beggining the victory was going to depend of us. "

I was looking for writing inspo, I found this fluff prompt list and I wanted to try something with that. This is my first time posting something in second person, I usually use third person in my longer fics, but i felt it was a better fit for short stories to use the second.

Tags: @yerevasunclair @seanbeansimp59  I wrote this short fluffy thing I think you could like to see. @mother-dearest-loves-me I don’t know if you wanted to be tagged on this but I’m doing it because I know you usually like to get tagged in my troy stuff.

Calm After the Storm  - Odysseus x Reader

prompt 10 “ stop moving and let me braid your hair”.

It was an afternoon shortly after Odysseus returned from one of his trips. You were trying to make up for the long time he had been away solving problems for the most powerful kings of Greece. As usual, you were spending a calm moment together talking about what happened to each of you during the time you were apart. He wouldn’t stop playing with your hair while playfully venting about the difficulties that he encountered in his journey, the main reason why it took him so long to return by your side.

Ithaca was a small kingdom and its king intended for it to keep a position of peaceful subordination towards the greatest power in the country, which implied acts of personal subordination on his part. It was a political necessity, mere displays to please the ones holding the biggest amount of power, but sometimes hearing about it enraged you. You knew that Odysseus didn’t care for it, he always talked about it as a matter of jokes because he was the one pulling strings all over Greece to keep things in order. You were infinitely proud of him, but the way in which he was regularly treated by the King of Mycenae used to make your blood boil.

“ I swear it, the nerve of that man… Has he forgotten that you are also a king?” You complained, interrupting his narration and struggling to not raise your voice. “ If he wants messenger carriers and advisors, I’m sure he has men of his own city perfectly capable to do such works. Why does he insist so much in having you tagging along in whatever conflict he makes up for profit if he isn’t going to respect you?”

Odysseus chuckled, tenderized by your sweet concern for him. He allowed you to keep venting your own feelings for a while, seeing how your anger escalated into a ramble and waiting to test how far it would go as he kept messing with your hair. He went from running his fingers through your locks to trying to braid it.  Your mad speech and the gesticulations you made during it was impeding him to work in the task he had part of his concentration enraptured in.

“ Stop moving and let me braid your hair.”  He interrupted you in a sweet but light hearted tone, amused by the passionate defense that you were making of him.

You did your best to stay still..

“ I’m sorry, my love.” You tried to explain yourself. “ It infuriates me that you have to leave to serve Agamemnon's purposes while he holds no real respect for you.”

“ I don’t respect him either, this is to get him and his greed far away from us. “

“ I have missed you so much and those who get to spend more time with you undervalue you.”

“ Do you wish everyone would love me like you do?”

His joke got you giggling.

“ It would be a problem, because it could get you crowned as king of the whole country.” Was your sweet comeback. “ I love you that strongly.”

“ This is all I need to be happy. “ He replicated. “ If my kingdom remains safe and you are by my side, the rest doesn’t really matter.”

You did one sudden move he didn’t complain about. After turning back to face him, you gave him a short peck on the lips and he deepened the contact in a slow, sweet kiss. Once you pulled away he looked at you, feeling completely enamoured.
