Summary: Too many findings for one day leave you confused and emotionally exhausted, but when the night approaches you come to Andy with an offer he can't reject.

Notes: Sorry for taking so long with the upload, I had a bit of a writer’s block derived on how much i wanted to write this part. I got too perfectionist during the writing process and that delayed me a lot.

“CHUCKY HAS A WIFE?” You wondered out loud, in horror. “ HOW?” 

Andy hated to drop that specific piece of information to you like that, especially after the very personal conversation you had. It happened only because you were resting back at your home and he wanted to make a flattering joke about your acting when circumstances forced you to pretend to be his wife, only that he forgot that for it to work you had to know about Tiffany. 

“ Shit… Sorry… I didn’t mean to… I mean, so many years have passed and there are certain things I normally don’t have to over explain. Mostly because I don’t talk about this with anybody. I… just… forgot you haven’t been around.” He apologized, some of the cute nervously returning because he was afraid of screwing things up. “ It’s complicated, but yes. Believe it or not, he is married.” 

“ So…, Strawberry Shortcake or Raggedy Ann? Which brand is she?” 

He had no idea of where to start, but at least your jokes managed to keep him motivated. 

“ That is the blurry part. As far as I know she was a woman, his old partner in crime back when he was the boogeyman on the news…” 

Andy: Kyle, you have to believe me. Dolls are pure evil! Chucky wants to take over my body and for that he will destroy us all* shouts at the top of his lungs* DESTROY US ALL, DESTROY US ALL, DESTROY US ALL!!

*later that day*

Andy: DESTROY US ALL, DESTROY US ALL, DESTROY US ALL!!

Kyle: When Andy and I used to go the movies, he would always try to guess the ending of the movie. And he would always guess that the main character had been dead the whole time. Even when we saw Ratatouille.

Summary: The search for more cursed dolls on the area continues and everyone of you is doing their part. While you do as much as you can to help from your position of work in the kindergarten class Andy and Kyle get a lead on an freshly opened murder case. Convinced of finding a chance to contribute from a more active role, you persuade them of allowing you in for the investigation but things don’t go exactly as you planned.

It slowed down the search for Chucky, but he was convinced that you were a target simply because you were important to him and he wouldn't risk losing you. Not like you would complain, because it was giving you a lot of time to spend together. Every single day without delays he would find the way to secretly show up near the preschool center to join you on the ride back home, the dedication he was putting into your protection was something you had never seen before. 

In fact, you did see it before, but it came from no one else but him when you were little children. He wasn’t aware of how deep were the real implications of the confession you made to him on his first night in your house when you got into talking about your love lives. Your therapist, the one you finally seeked as an adult, had warned you about it. However, you never saw the full impact of her point until then. You were too little when you experienced something traumatic together, an event with details you couldn’t discuss in therapy, but that changed your life. The image of love you had at home sucked, so you modeled your general concept of what loving someone meant in the friendship with that boy.

Warnings: Discussion of Chucky induced traumas, massive amount of fluff and romantical tension. 

Summary: Catching up talks go in different directions as you bond with Andy and his sister sharing about your past and trauma. Her friendly approach becomes a new source of comfort for you while you begin to grow closer with your old best friend in ways neither of you would have ever imagined. 

Notes: There is a Halloween analogy structuring part of a scene, it was left open to interpretation if the two universes coexist. Also, I’m %100 sure I will write a part 5.

After so many years of being separated,the moment presented itself in the most unreal of contexts. You were finally face to face sharing about your lives and solving each other’s wonders about how you have been going. His sister was also there acting as Andy’s mediator on his tale and you wished yours would have been available to be part of it as yours. Although she wasn’t physically available then, it wasn’t like you weren’t about to call her so she could be warned of the imminent danger. You weren’t sure of how she would take the news about Chucky, but you knew she would ask to have a few words with Andy because his memory had some impact on her childhood despite never getting to meet him. Of course, he wasn’t aware of that because he didn’t know how hard you stuck to the promises made when you were little children. 

“ You start, I can’t wait to hear about you.” You sweetly begged him, insisting on making him a priority on the telling turns. “ Are you aware of how strange-awesome all of this is? When I was a kid you were my greatest hero, now you come back as some monster hunter expert. My infantile dreams have become true somehow, you grew up a hero.”

Summary: The chaze after Chucky leads to certain inconvenients making Andy and Kyle accept staying with you, but some strange findings at your house split their opinions about trusting you.

Notes: Part 4 is on the way, i choose to split what I got for this one in two because otherwise it would have been over 10K. On a couple of days I’m gonna upload the next part because it’s not edited.

There was not much time to point out all the details that he would have preferred to, but Andy owed you an explanation. He felt so particularly strongly because he was imagining you seeing your life getting ruined in a matter of moments since his appearance and the incredible amount of guilt he was feeling for that was inconfessable. His most immediate instinct was thinking that Chucky found the way back to you through him. The doll head he kept in his place for years saw a picture of you playing together as kids put in a portrait next to the ones of everyone Andy cared for. He found out then that your friend never forgot you, that you were his last happy childhood memory. From time to time Chucky would make mention of you as part of the psycological torture, his favorite game being making him doubt about your survivor condition claiming that he could have killed you years ago and he wouldn’t even know. 

If he avoided reaching you for so long, that was only because he was convinced of being protecting you. Andy liked to imagine that being so little at the time played in your favor and you could have forgotten everything, turning it into a repressed traumatic memory. When thinking of his past and all the people who suffered from it, you were the only one who got away in time. Perhaps you two were too little to understand that it was the best for you, but time helped him to get convinced that he had to disappear from your life for you to have one. Keeping the memories of happier times was enough for him, stuff to get back from time to time when life would feel crushing. He wished you all the normal bliss he would never have and hated to realize his and Chucky’s arrival could be interrupting it.
