Pin and Anin’s conflict in TLP feels so earned because I fully understand the perspective of both characters. Anin is willing to give everything to be with Pin and to her that is the ultimate demonstration of her love. But Pin is trapped, she feels that she deserves to be punished because she dared to love someone above her station. And the way she shows her love is by not letting Anin sacrifice her life and her title. Pin begged Anin to keep seeing her despite Pin getting married but for Anin it’s all or nothing. She cannot be with Pin when she belongs to someone else. That’s exactly what marriage is in this case, ownership.

Anin is blinded by her own privilege, though she is also a women with limitations she does not understand Pin’s limitations. Pin grew up in a household where she knew she was only allowed to be there because Patthamika had taken her in. And Patthamika does not miss a beat in throwing that back in her face.

The conflict is good, I feel for both of them. I’m excited to see how they will close out the story.

People absolutely trashing and being hateful to CR need to read this snippet from Sam's interview about "The Legend of Vox Machina."

Just important to know the cast of CR had no idea the season was going to be renewed for S4! Hence why Bard's Lament was probably changed, why a lot was pushed into the ending and an almost "farewell" sort of ending was given to us. They did what they thought was best in case they weren't able to return!

I've seen people on here saying CR have no idea how to write their characters or respect their fans to tell the story "correctly" and have an obligation to because of the kickstarter campaign. Maybe take a step back and think of the other factors that may have had some involvement in the making of this season.
