Accidentally deleted an ask again🥲

In light of Beel & Belphie's shared date with MC on their 2023 birthday (meaning the writers haven't forgotten that the twins are willing to share), I figured it was time to post this ask;

Oh! This is super easy to explain!

Sometimes when I go to the shop and buy something sweet to eat I think, "oh! I should share this with my brother!" & I do

And other times I think, "No! Why should I share this with that fucker!?" & I hide in my room to eat it myself

This isn't determined by anything he did that day or whatever, it's just the random mood swings of being siblings. And I know for a fact he does the same thing.

Asmo's like this too. He's MC × Mammon's biggest supporter and when he thinks/finds out MC slept with Mammon he asks to be invited next time BUT he also wants MC all to himself

On the other hand, Lucifer & Mammon don't want to share MC with any of the others and are the two brothers who are the most obviously? visibly? in love with MC (remember they were the only two whose greatest desire was MC in Thirteen's cave) but are also willing to take a step back and entirely remove themselves from the equation if MC is obviously & actively in love with someone else

It's all just part of being siblings and randomly deciding Today I want to be particularly greedy and selfish which is usually paired with Today I want to be an asshole to my sibling

I'm such a fucking idiot, I found the "deleted ask" hidden deep in my drafts - apparently it went there when I lost my internet connection but instead of getting saved at the top of my drafts it got saved on the day anon first sent me the ask so somewhere in the middle between other drafts??? Anyway:

There's a devilgram where they're talking about how people hit on the brothers (no one hits on Lucifer because the entire Devildom apparently thinks he's sleeping with Diavolo???????) and Beel says he wishes people would just leave him alone as well. That doesn't necessarily mean he's ace but I'm willing to grasp at straws here (same with Solomon's pink, white & blue opening screen flames & my headcanon of him being trans)

As far as I know he just plays fangol, dunno if he's the captain but I doubt it cause with Beel I think he wouldn't fit well in the position of captain/a leader? Throughout OM! Beel shows that he'd much rather take a backseat and let someone else call the shots not because he's forced to or anything but it just seems to be what he prefers?

Indirectly. Though considering the situation, the lack of a proper relationship between Beel & MC at that moment and which Sin Beel is I don't doubt at all that had Mammon not being there he would have eaten MC

I don't know how else to explain this other than:

Habitual greed or gluttony means eating in excess and that's what Beel does

Beel doesn't have self-control when it comes to food (we repeatedly see him eat things that he isn't supposed to - from the cookies Luke & Simeon made specifically for MC to inedible objects like plates and picture frames) and that's not a bad thing because:

Beel is not just gluttonous or whatever. He is very literally the personification of Gluttony. He is the Sin Gluttony that affects other people (humans) and causes them to experience habitual greed (yes ik OM! sins & demons don't work the same way "real life" ones do and that the Devildom is not Hell BUT Mammon said, in S1, that he can inspire greed in humans so in that aspect their powers seem to work similarly to their OG counterparts)

But then none of the brothers have self-control when it comes to their Sin (other than Satan who doesn't so much control it as he does push it all down until it eventually explodes out at a different time eg: that time with the kid who bumped into him or something where he only exploded while telling the story)

That being said, all the brothers do seem to be able to gain some self control when dealing with loved ones (MC most notably and each other on occasion - once when Mammon was complaining about having to buy a present for Diavolo's birthday and how that goes directly against his entire being, MC points out that he has no problem buying things for them to which he replies with something like "Yeah, but that's for you.")

Eg:

Beel being willing to share food with MC, showing remorse when he eats MC's food, going out and buying food for MC

or

Mammon constantly buying things for MC
