A friend made this video for a brand she works for and asked whether I could share it (told her the only social media I'm on is tumblr, she asked me "what's that", I think a part of me broke off and floated away) so here:

consider liking it or interacting with it or sharing or anything pls cause apparently her boss has given them an insane deadline (less than 3 weeks) to significantly boost social media engagement🙃

Edit: she may or may not know what tumblr is but she wants you to know:

• They have very little resources and their budget is almost non-existent, everything in the video are things she borrowed from her family or things they found lying around the office

• They were given till the end of the month to sell out stock & increase social media engagement for a barely known brand, one week into the month, after which there will be a performance review

• It's a 6 days a week 9 hrs a day job but because of the the extremely tight deadline they've been working around 11hrs each day

• Social media marketing, content creation etc is nothing related to her actual job and she has 0 experience in it, so this is something they all have to figure out how to do while trying to meet the daily targets of the job they actually signed up for

• Her and the person who filmed & actually made the videos (there are more videos and photoshoots they haven't posted yet) were wrung so dry by it & the whole no-brakes scramble to clear stock that by the next day they were both in physical pain and spent most of their office hours with their head on the desk fighting off headaches

• At this point, she wants this to succeed "out of spite"

I know none of you can help clear out the stock but if you can help increase engagement?

Honestly I don't see Diavolo as a dateable either

When they first announced the side characters becoming dateables I was so visibly excited about Diavolo being dateable that I got a couple asks about whether this meant I'd be ditching Mammon

But I don't like the way they executed it?

They kinda just sprang it at the end of s2 with 0 build up?

I mean Solomon's being showing interest in MC since S1 (though I don't really interpret that as romantic interest) that it's believable when he starts liking them?

But even mid way through S2 Diavolo had no real interest in MC other than the 'they're human gotta keep 'em safe to make sure my millenia old dream suceeds' and 'if they die lucifer is going to be big sad' kind

Okay maybe my bitterness at the execution is making me exagerate. I'm sure he cared about MC as a person and/or a friend in S2 but it's never enough to justify the sudden romantic twist at the end of s2

The focus when it came to Diavolo or Lucifer in S2 was all about their relationship with each other and MC acting as the therapist. To the point that:

a.) Lucifer (with amnesia) asked MC what he was doing talking about other men (Diavolo) the last time they were together in a romantic spot (the top of a ferris wheel)

b.) MC's gonna fucking explode and take all three worlds with them and Diavolo refuses to tell the brothers till the very end because:

I mean look, you can't suddenly claim he's in love with MC when a few lessons ago he was willing to keep the fact that MC was a ticking time bomb from people who could have helped just because he wanted to not upset Lucifer for as long as possible

Also not Diavolo fighting for his life trying to deflect Simeon's questions and Simeon basically going

Even now each time Diavolo says something romantic to MC it's like getting hit in the face because it feels like it came outta nowhere

this is probably the most blasphemous thing I've said,,,which is a lot considering the blog I run but......

• MC initially, and for most of OM, had 12 friends

• One of said friends betrayed them

• Killed and was resurrected

• Known for being kind and more or less leading the way/paving the path for a more peaceful and accepting future

• Related to a divine being, and because or this they are able to perform miracles/magic

• Just by meeting people and talking with them, they are able to get said people turned towards their views and ideology

• The whole Lamb thing

But also inverted because MC's also referred to as a "wolf in sheep's clothing" and is also shown to be a cheeky, chaotic dickhead who has no problem making threats and trying to set people and things on fire, and basically sacrificing the entirety of humanity to save their family

The contrast makes the similarities all the more interesting and intriguing I think,

He just straight up has tits here, right??? No I mean like breasts, boobs, the "need to cover the female-presenting nipples with money" kind of tits????? This man who is usually supposed to be pretty flat now has a very noticeable curve and cleavage...right?? RIGHT??

Solomon - well known maker of deals under dubious circumstances, with the sole purpose of collecting demons to use as pawns and ultimately amass power to further his own goals - WOAH NOW, let's not go around assigning blame towards unrelated matters, there's 0 correlation between this demon being a bad person and his penchant for stealing souls! Don't you think you're being a little judgemental about a perfectly innocent hobby?

Something about the way that MC flirting with Asmo is actually subtle but them flirting with Mammom might as well be "WOW that's CRAZY. I'll need mouth-to-mouth cpr to recover, HOW TERRIBLE. Mammon, come here." is so funny to me
