op I think you may have wildly underestimated american's car tolerance
#I get bored now by myself if I have to do more than 2-3 hours#(with company it’s different)#but in college I’d regularly make 9 hour trips between Gainesville and home several times a year#or be in the car round about 8 hours a day driving all over north and some of central Alabama for work#but the last 6 years I’ve been relatively stationary so it gets boring after 3 hours#again. with company in the car it’s different#q#about me
