Did a bit of stuff today. First two pieces of art for the next animation.
Oh, and the 3D background I put together in blender to help move things along a little faster lol

Accidentally did that ill-advised thing where I work nonstop for over 8 hours, but at nearly 5 minutes I'm now halfway done with "Stranger & The Strange"
Hey! I really like your animations! I'm curious on what's the process is like? Cause your methods seems so cool!
Thanks!
I do all my 2D animation nowadays in Clip Studio Paint, usually animating the characters and drawing/painting backgrounds in the same file, with one project file per shot.
Then I often bring it into Blender for compositing, particularly if I want 3D camera moves and depth, sometimes utilizing a free plugin for camera shake in Blender to emulate a handheld look. I spend a lot of time at work writing and directing live-action projects, so I think about all my shots in 3D space even when working in 2D.
And then finally I do final assembly and color correction in Davinci Resolve. If a shot is static or a simple slow zoom/pan I'll skip the Blender step and go straight here. I usually use a plugin called Dehancer to emulate film grain and use film color profiles, because I think they look nice. I tend to tweak a bunch of settings until I'm overall happy with things, sometimes changing shots individually if they're not looking quite right to me.
That's the general process for me. I used to use Adobe software, but Adobe is evil, utilizes a subscription model that's annoying as hell, and refuses to actually optimize their programs to keep them usable on a professional level.
So I moved on to a bunch of options that are either free or allow me to pay once and be done with it, along with actually working well.
It's been slower-going than I'd like as my focus has been on editing down a TTRPG video project I'm making for my dayjob, but work is still getting done on Stranger.
Another @dimension20official animated thing before the finale of Fantasy High Junior Year hits
they're judging you
you know what you did
Getting more shots done!
Also a shot with and without compositing, just to show how important that process is to the look.
"A Stranger walks into town..."
A full 2 minutes of "Stranger & The Strange" featuring Marc Swint as Stranger and Sarah Anne Williams as Keli!
Two whole minutes of my short film just for you. Don't tell nobody.
SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 22 of @worldsbeyondpod's "The Wizard The Witch and the Wild One"
I noticed another parallel to the Children's Adventure in the latest WBN episode, and I decided to put far too much effort into making it everybody else's problem.
"Footstuff" from @dimension20official's Mentopolis
This one's been nearly done for a while, decided to finish it up real quick.
The titular character of my short film "Stranger & The Strange". You may notice a few redacted spots here, but I've also included plenty of clues for folks to figure out what's going on with him if they care to.
I just think it's fun to give people clues to solve lol
Some info about Keli, also known as Onoskelis(one of the leads in my animated short film I'm making). If you look her up you'll find she is basically Queen of the Simps. History's first e-girl.

Oh also here's a bonus Tarot card I made for Keli.
I decided "The Devil" was more appropriate on literally every level.

Stranger & The Strange - Teaser
A teaser for the short film I've been working on.
Putting together a little teaser made up of shots from the first scene of my short film, and genuinely surprised myself with how happy I am with how everything's looking.
After 7 years as a solo animation team it feels like I've finally worked out how to prioritize my time and do genuinely good work quickly.
Friday I reached over 6 minutes of animatic done for my weird western short film. Been forcing myself not to keep drawing this weekend just so I don't burn myself out.
When I get excited about a project I overwork myself if I'm not careful.
