Crowley trying to manipulate Dean and Dean tricking him back is just how they flirt they both know how the game is played.

Okay seriously tho if I was Sam Winchester I would want to kill Crowley every moment of every single day like imagine your brother will not shut up about how your best demon girlfriend is actually manipulating you and you don't listen to him and it all blows up in your face because he was right the entire time and you never believed him. And then a few seasons later that same brother is rolling his eyes at constant sexual innuendoes from The King Of Hell who wants to fuck him so so bad. Your brother is working with this demon on a regular basis while that demon makes attempts every single hour to trick both of you so he can do various assorted evils. And when you complain about working with The King of Hell your older brother just rolls his eyes at you too and says "Come on don't be so dramatic of course he's manipulating us" and then you watch as your brother and this demon proceed to repeatedly foil each others secret plots against one another until suddenly unwittingly the King of Hell has become totally wrapped around your older brother's little finger. Totally smitten. Invites your brother on little dates to bars. Begs your brother to run away with him and your brother spends a whole hot girl summer with him. Your brother is slowly lead down the path to becoming a demon by that demon just like you became a demon right before you killed Ruby but this time it's fine it's fine (IT'S FINE?!?!?!). I too would turn redder and redder until I was the color of a tomato and then snap and agree to murder Crowley for his estranged mom who I trapped in a basement.
