Terrasen Anthem

All right, so I am currently participating in a TOG and ACOTAR fandom war, and one of our tasks was to write an anthem for Aelin’s kingdom of Terrasen. These lyrics were all written by me (@jodies_arts) on the spot one afternoon. What do you guys think?

The winding Avery stretches on

Through hills through dales

Through fields of fire flowers

Where noble warriors have fought and died and bled

Where fields speak of their magnificent tales

Terrasen we are forever loyal to thee

Living brightly in the land of the free

How green are your valleys

Azure blue are your night skies

Where the white stags run free

While the Lord of The North watches over all

Vast had the darkness fallen

Dire had the destruction been

Souls lost and souls forgotten

Through time and blood and dire war

Cast to wander, the sacrifices made

We wonder, what are we fighting for?

But nothing could destroy the hope

The fire burning in our hearts

O mighty stag guide us true

Guide our people courageous and true

Welcome us back to our homeland through and through

We will stand we will fight
