So glad you finally got to experience the joy that is the True Man's world arc. Ringo Roadagain is one of the most iconic and beloved minor villains jjba has to offer, and the battles only get better from here! What'd you think of him? 👀

he was definitely a really interesting villain. I was surprised at how powerful of an ability he had, and that whole fight was so much fun. Out of all the people sent by Valentine, at least so far, he’s definitely the one who gives me the least Evil vibes. He’s doing this partially for his growth as a person, and there were some interesting parallels to Dio and The World that I picked up on

now, admittedly there was a minor flaw in his plan of keeping people trapped in the orchard and that’s if they just…… picked a direction and went in a straight line, but it could be argued that he could just keep resetting time so it would be like they were running forever so everything else was solid!

As funny as the first option is, based on the very confused understanding I have of King Crimson I’m pretty sure it would be the second one. I actually saw someone give an example once about how if you were to run, jump and kick Diavlo and he used KC, you would simply land on the other side with Diavlo unharmed. The jump and impact would’ve been skipped, so it would just leave you on the other side.

Although to be fair, I also don’t remember how much the laws of physics apply when he’s doing his weird skipping so I’m not too sure if he’d be able to land safely.

But also now I have the mental image of Diavlo or really anyone just half clipped into solid objects and the absolute absurdity of it-

Polnareff backward long jumps up the stairs past Dio

Diavalo clips through objects to hide and escape pursuit

Horrible texture/animation glitches occur in the background constantly

Part 7 is full of Skyrim Horse Nonsense

Some minor stand just has like, the standard missing texture black and pink checkerboard all over it

Jotaro's in Morioh to write a thesis on MissingNo, who's just hanging out on the coastline

Nobody comments on any of this, it's just treated as an Established Fact of how this world works

Sometimes background characters will go off their pathing and start walking into solid walls

Jotaro ends up figuring out how to set up one of those chain attack patterns that allow you to gain height indefinitely

Hit boxes acting weird and people accidentally clipping through attacks

but also may I throw my own hat into the ring: Diego and Giorno are twins with Diego being the older one and the two doing their best to make the most of their shitty situation

I’m pretty sure that Diego makes dinosaurs(and maybe turns into one???), so just him and Gio messing around with their Stands and making SOOOO many lil Creachurs

While I am very happy with the Jotaro AU President title, I unfortunately have not read Steel Ball Run 😔

However, this is a great time to ask a question I’ve had for a bit, for anyone to answer: Is it possible to read SBR without having finished Stone Ocean?

Because currently I’m watching Stone Ocean with a friend and don’t want spoilers, but also I am very curious about the contents of SBR and Jojolion. I know they take place in an alternate universe/timeline(?) and are a bit disconnect from the rest of the parts, so I was wondering if it was possible
