I thought of pucci taking emporio under his wing after killing his mom then remembered that im just thinking of the plot of ringing bell

Ok but imagine it. Pucci only just realizing the woman he killed had a child so he raised him out of guilt, but at the same time out of the need to use burning down the house to get a ghost version of dio's diary

hi op I hope you don't mind but my brain went a tad insane with the idea of this but in my defense it's in the AMs and Brain Juice Is Blorping and also let me apoligise in advance for any spelling errors because I can't spell for shit even on a good, well rested day so who knows what's gonna happen here

just

Emporio's mom trying to run away and escape upon realising the danger this prision contains in it's walls. Her knowing she can't escape, that nowhere in the prision will be safe for her, nowhere aside from out is beyond his reaches or could keep her safe

she needs to escape then, she realises. But she can't do it now, no no no, she needs to plan, needs to prepare, needs to make sure it was flawless, and above all else she needs to ensure Emporio could come with her. She could hardly leave her baby, her precious boy behind. She'll lie low inside his ghost rooms, she decides, and starts bolting to the staircase that hides the entrance

..........but she wasn't careful enough. She was followed

she's a comatose husk before she even made it through

but Pucci always had an eye for detail, and eye for noticing things. And in his hand he held the woman's memories and her Stand, had her body melting away into nothing, and yet the strange fold in the wall was still present. He'd known of Stand abilities persisting after death but this........ this felt different

so slowly, gently, carefully, just in case this was a trap set to get him, a final way to get back at him, he goes through

it was a strange room, one he'd never seen before in the prision, but he supposed that was on par for a Stand ability. The atmosphere was nice, if a bit old, and he had no clue why a piano of all things was in here or even how it got in here and

and hiding behind the piano, staring up at him with big, amber eyes is a boy

he was young, so so young, and far too small and frightened and quiet then any child his age should be. He does not speak, does not question the presence of this stranger, he simply watches and stares

and it's in this moment Pucci recalls the desperation in which the woman had fought and fled. How she'd come to this place with such certainty, like she knew the route by heart

it's far too late for her. Her corpse was being broken down as he stood here and watched this child, and even if he stopped in now the chance of her surviving was slim to none. He does not regret killing her........ but he does regret what this boy has lost. That his encounter with the boy's mother had to end the way it did

that this boy will have to grow up without a mother who loved him dearly

he realises a moment later he cannot kill this child. He has crossed many lines, but that was all for the sake of attaining Dio's Heaven...... the murder of this boy would ultimately be meaningless

and he's obviously a Stand User, his mother was one and what else could explain the continued existence of the room. It would be dangerous to put him into the system, both for himself and others. At this age, he would be very vulnerable, very malleable-

no, he cannot in good faith just send this child out into the world

so he crouches down and speaks in soft tones. He tries to becon the boy closer, asks him what he's doing here and where his parents are as if he doesn't already know the answers. He coaxes the boy, Emporio he is called, out away from the piano and then out of the room and into the staircase where his mother spent her last moments

perhaps he picks him up, gently setting him on his hip. He introduces himself and what he does, and as the night stretches on he tells him stories to pass the time. He takes him to his study and locks the door, and sets him down on the couch so he can sleep

and while he does, Pucci begins to plan

(and maybe, just maybe, while he doesn't realise it in the back of his mind he thinks of Dio and his childhood before the Joestars. He thinks of stories of a wonderful, kind woman who loved him so, and yet was ripped so cruely from the world far too soon. He thinks of Dio's quiet ponderings of how things possibly could've been different had she been there, if things could've changed, if he could've known the tragedy before it struck to prevent it)

(he thinks that in the next world, after Heaven is obtained, that Emporio could be allowed his mother the same way Dio would be allowed his)

Ho boy, this is a big one

I really wanted to tell you about this AU but It's kinda incomplete and I was scared that you might not like it and then I lost my chance when you closed the ask box. During that time I came with the courage to share this and with your ask box open again I finally can (and I've written so much that I almost tried rewriting but I will keep this version because I can't take it doing all from the start)

So prepare yourself, this is going to be long

But first, you might be asking yourself "Alice, what is this AU about anyway?" and I'm glad you asked! Basically the whole AU rotates around some of the Jojo moms I like the most or that I just wanted to see more about and my objective is that I pick them up and make them more relevant for the plot in some way by putting more of motherly love in there

Listen, I'm just a sucker for mothers in media and how much they can go for their children or family in general. It makes me happy and emotional

Ah! There's the name for the AU too! I'm still indecisive about that but I have two names that can work. "Mother Knows Best" or "What Would A Mother Not Do", but you still can give your two cents for a name, I don't mind!

Now let's start by going through parts

For Mary and Ida I had a bunch of different ideas, most of centered in them being ghosts and becoming friends and trying their hardest to make the plot not happen, but that could change a lot in the main story and I prefer to go mostly the same until the big changes can come. If you still like the ideia we can try and make a separate AU for this

Now Erina is we're things start getting interesting. She is not just a mother but a grandmother too and she lost both her husband and son, she will not lose her grandson too. And so, with the little that she learned from Jonathan and with a helping hand from Speedwagon, she teaches Josehp. She teaches him in basics of Hamon, she teaches him other ways to protect himself, she teaches tricks and ways to get the upper hand, she teaches how to defend himself, when to get in the middle of the fire and when he needs to call for help. And in a way she teaches herself too. Because even when she gets older she stills want to protect Joseph, she stills wants to be strong, for him and for herself

And maybe, just maybe, when Joseph has to go to Air Supplena she thinks if this is the moment that she let's him go or if she should... but she's old now, right? Not the same woman she was years ago. But she stills knows the same tricks and ways, she's still smart, if not more now. And she loves her grandson so much and fears what will happen to him now that he will be so far from home, going against who knows what

And after a lot of thinking she decides. No matter what happens she wants to be by his side. Even if she can't do much, even if she dies, she will be there. For Joseph

(This is literally the first mom and it's already so long omg)

And there's Lisa Lisa too in here, but she was always more difficult for me because of her history and personality. But, not gonna lie, I always loved the idea that she really wanted, if not yearned, to get closer to her son but after she distanced herself and got colder with time she thought it wouldn't work out. Maybe she wrote letters though, letters that told that she was very busy and wasn't able to visit, that told small memories of when Joseph was just a baby, that told memories about his father, that told how much she loved him even then. And a letter that never got sent, about her insecurities and lack of courage to go after him and look him in the eye

And maybe when Joseph and Erina comes she gets that fear again. Because he's here and he's grown and she lost so much. But Erina is there, understands her fear and her hesitancy, and gives her a advice. It's better to tell now than never, make up for the years that you lost and help him, stay on his side. Now that's you chance for that. And so, with a heavy heart but a clean mind, she pulls Joseph for a lone talk. Maybe it turns alright or maybe not, but she knows now, that the least she can do is help him thrive and be on his side

After all is said and done Lisa Lisa still maintains her Hamon training, for herself and Joseph, just incase. And maybe she helps Erina a little, enough for her to live a little longer to see Joseph's marriage and meet little Holy. And even after she passes Lisa Lisa continues. She stills cold and stern, even as grandmother, but she teaches Holy anyway

Suzie teaches Holy about kindness and compassion, but to know her limits and when enough is enough, while Lisa Lisa teaches her about power and protection, but to know that to much strictness (or distance) can do more bad than good

And because of that Holy grows with a sharp mind and a heart of gold. Kind and gentle, but protective and fierce for her family

And so, when years later stands are introduced and Dio reappears again she puts all her knowledge through the years into play

This time she is less affected by her stand (courtesie of Lisa Lisa) and sure, sometimes she gets dizzy here and there and maybe a little feverish, but do you think this is going to stop her? No, far from it. She wants to help end this family curse and she wants to protect her family, so why not go? Her father can resist how much she wants, she will go. Sadly, she cannot stop Jotaro from coming, he is just as persistent as her and he wants to protect his mom just as much

And so they go. She may not be the strongest in the group but she's just as useful, with a stand and Hamon and her family on her side she feels invincible. And who knows? She might get some allies along the way (no this is not a excuse to have Hol and N'Doul on the group what are you talking about)

By the end of the part Dio dies and there's relief on her body, mind and soul. Her stand doesn't make her dizzy after hours of using anymore and maybe there's some scars here and there, but they're safe, they're fine and she's happy. So happy

But it doesn't end here! Tomoko may not be as connected at the family (on the start), but she's still a mother. A single mother trying her best to take care of her son and balance her life at the same time. A mother who knows how difficult it can be raising a little boy like Josuke and knows how difficult it's to him and her when everyone looks and whispers about them like they're not even there. Things get better with time but it still doesn't make her less protective of her son

Now here's the thing. Tomoko always knew that Josuke was special. Even before having a stand, when she saw the star birthmark on his tiny shoulder she had the felling that a lot would happen in Josuke's life. It took some time for something to happen, but she's was right

So when strange things started to happen after Josuke's illness, talking to himself, broken things getting fixed out of nowhere, weird questions about some imaginary friend (?), she just knows that he is hiding something and she's not just going to sit and watch. During a rainy weekend is when she decides to question him about it and really, she could wait for him to come talk to her about it but knowing her son he could never do that

And after a long talk (and a broken plate being fixed right before her eyes) she tells him "I believe you". Because really, how could she not? She had the truth right there and she was always going to believe her son. But Tomoko makes it clear that if he needs help or just want to talk about his new companion she is always going to be there for him

With time things became normal again, but sometimes it almost feels like she has two kids instead of one

Years after, when the plot of part 4 actually starts, you seriously think Tomoko will just stay on the sidelines and watch her son pass through all of this by himself? Of course not! She may not have a stand but she still can help in her own way

And maybe, just maybe, at some point in the plot, she could get hit by a stray arrow too. I'm not sure what kind of stand she could have, but thinking about the fact that she can be more helpful in the story and finally see and touch her not-so-second-son gives me immense joy

I did thought if Shinobu could be here too but I don't really have a solid idea for her. If you have something to give though I'm all ears

And I'm 100% sure that you're not going to expect this next one! But I don't judge you for that because the fandom don't exactly do much involving her when she was already dead before the plot, BUT I still think we could have a lot of potential with her

And so we have Donatella in part 5 and let me tell you, Esbee! This is the part I've been the most excited about!

So, for this to work Donatella has to survive her illness in some way, we don't need to specify how, just listen to me

For all we know, Donatella and Trish seemed to be very close. Close enough for Trish to be very similar to her in personality and tastes and she seemed to love her very much, even after her death. And the same can go for Donatella, when she discovered her illness the first thing she did was look for her old lover so Trish could at least have her father and not be alone in the world while still being young. So I can only imagine how much would change if she was still there

Maybe in here Donatella still got ill and looked for her old lover with not succes whatsoever. But she was able to get better this time and stopped looking for Solido Naso. She didn't get any type of progress anyway and it's better to continue her life with her daughter then continue looking for someone that might not even be in the country. She couldn't really know, it had been years since the last time she saw or talked to her lover

And everything was fine for a while, until two months later. The whole "you past lover is actually the leader of the biggest Italian mafia" caught her completely of guard. And this can mean many things

Knowing that she finally found her lover after so long makes her really happy but this felling is mostly crushed by all the other overwhelming feelings about the next revelations. There's shock, there's nervousness, there's fear. But above all there's that protectives that she always had since Trish was born and she knows that this is the most important feeling for her to focus. If the boss wants to see her and her daughter then she'll go but they'll be always together and if they even try in separating both of them, well, she learned some things while living by herself for so long

My favorite part in here is how the dynamics between Bucciarati's team and Trish change just because Donatella is present in the whole situation. Trish stays by her side because she trusts her mother and knows that if she has a plan for this then she'll follow

And I can only imagine how Donatella goes about the whole team, because really, most of them are still young. Like, there's literally a newbie that has the same age as her daughter! And really, she tries her best in not getting to attached to that little quirky group but there's always some slips here and there (and no, this not a excuse for her to interact with Giorno, not at all)

I didn't thought much about the rest of the part so let's go for the next one!

Now, I really don't have any ideas for Marina because I don't know how I could make her more prominent in the plot. The only thing that comes to mind is that she starts working with the Speedwagon Foundation from the outside? Because there's no way she can do something on the prison itself

I know that the relationship in the Kujo family might change because of Holy's (and Lisa Lisa if she still lives) influence on Jotaro and this can affect the way Marina can be used on the plot. Like, other than working with the Speedwagon Foundation she could contact the rest of the Joestar family for help

But really, this is basically what I have for her for now

And now we can finally get to the last three parts!

Now, I'm not going to lie, but I really didn't think much when making part 7 because most of the changes aren't going to affect the main plot that much. It's basically a part 1 situation again (ironic, isn't it?)

To be honest the only idea that comes to my mind is one that involves both Jhonny's and Diego's moms meeting eachoter but I don't know how

And there's the whole thing of Anne not standing up against George, as far as I know, and Diana (yes, I gave her the name Diana, I just think it's cool) dying long before both Diego and Jhonny meeting

That doesn't mean I don't like the idea of both of them meeting and Anne being able to help Diana, making both her and her son to live in better conditions, Jhonny and Diego becoming childhood friends and, if possible, prevent Nicholas death

But that's why AUs are thing, right?

Now, we enter Jojolion and I have to say. There's not much that I can do in this part

Like, all the three characters I was planning something for (Mitsuba, Kaato and Holy) already have good roles in a way or I don't really know what to do about their fates in the story

There's nothing that comes to mind for Mitsuba, I think her story and role is good enough. I do have something for Kaato but I don't know how to put in the plot, you know, make it work in the plot. I just really wanted her to live in the end and if possibly, bond with Josuke. He might not be from that family from the start but the idea that they could interact with eachoter more in a positive way fills me with joy. And lastly there's Holy, another one who I don't know what to do about. It's true that me, you, the entire fandom, wanted her to live in the end and that her and Gappy could had more time together and yes, it would be awesome. I just don't know to make her live

In resume, there's not really nothing that I can add in here. If you have better ideas I'm all ears

And for last we have part 9 and God, how much I wanted to do something for Barbara. But because Jojolands is still in the early stages and Barbara hadn't had much screen time yet, there's nothing that I can do except wait until we have more of her

And that's basically it! The whole AU! I'm sorry if became confusing at some point, I didn't got back to proofread all of this and just, writed most of this in one go. But my objective was to show my thoughts bare and I think I reached that pretty well (and sorry, for the size of it too)

I hope you like it and that you can add your own ideas and that this ask doesn't get eaten by Tumblr! :D

WOW THIS WAS A LONG BOI BUT I AM EATING ALL OF IT UP

I'm also a sucker for Good Moms Getting Spotlight And Being Able To Kick Ass, though you've covered so much that I honestly don't know what else to add

except for Jotaro: that does give me thoughts of him being EXTREMELY protective and he will throw down at any oppurtunity if given the chance, and it gives the Crusaders so much whiplash see how he treats his enemies vs how he treats Holly

Hey would you be interested in the idea of Pucci and Weather being swapped? As in the mother took Enrico instead of Domenico.

Avatar

👀👀👀👀👀👀👀

that's honestly a really interesting idea because of how much and how little it might change things because like. This does bring into question how their interests and desires would change what they do and want, not to mention how there were some aspects of the situation that were specific to them

For example, would Pucci still want be a priest? And if he did, would he still end up hearing his "mother" confess her sins in the confessional booth? Would he even take interest in Perla???

And Domenico? What about him? Off the top of my head I can't think of any way to learn the truth of Pucci's relationship, so would he even learn at all? Not to mention, Domenico's style is more to confront things outright, so the racist detective agency likely wouldn't even get involved

Honestly, the only thing that stays somewhat intact is Pucci meeting with Dio and obtaining the Arrow, which leads me to how I think the AU will go

simply put, there is no tragedy. Pucci never crosses paths with Perla and Domenico never learns of Pucci's relation to him.......

or at least at first

let's say Pucci ends up accidentally cuts himself on the arrow one day. After all, he did keep it in his pocket unwrapped, it was only a matter of time for him to accidentally cut himself. He falls ill temporaily, but after a few hours ends up bouncing back and now with the addition of a weird spirit buddy who only he can see

however, unbeknownst to him across town Domenico collapsed at the exact same time, burning up from a fever, and was seemingly miraculously healed hours later also with a weird spirit buddy

and well....... Stand Users are attracted to each other after all

it starts as little things. Passing eachother in the street, going to the same diners at the same times, so on so forth, and it was honestly only a matter of time before it was revealed they both had Stands. Their "friendship" was definitly one that sparked out of nessecity rather then actually having anything in common, but with the both of them desperate for anyone who could prove they weren't crazy, they took it

and honestly, I can see their friendship being more "frenemies" in the begining. They don't hate eachother, but they didn't quite get along. Maybe for some fun :) something that really starts to bring them together is meeting another Stand User who has...... less that pure intentions and almost killed them, and they had to work together to fight them off? But yeah after that, their friendship becomes more..... solid, so to speak

the truth of their relationship is going to be a fun reveal, especially since I doubt Pucci's mother would forget the name of the family whom she stole a whole ass child from, so learning Pucci and the family's remaining son had become close friends? That's going to stress her out immensely, and it does raise the question of whether she tells Pucci vs Pucci finding out

I'll admit, I'm not fully sure how Dio falls into things here. Maybe if things go the route of Pucci Finding Out, it could lead to him running away from home and seeking out Dio? But that might be a bit too much of a reaction, so maybe some added layer of tragedy happens ontop of the reveal too

however, the why and how aside, Domenico is 100% chasing after him, he's not going to let his Bestie go off all by himself

OK COOL SO-

In ASBR there's a fight between Yukako and Bucciarati, in which Yukako is aware of the inner workings of Passione, and even Bucciarati is surprised at how she knows. And that made me think "Oh Yukako's definitely part of the mafia" so now I have a Yukako joins the Bucci gang au. Basically after Part 4 Yukako's family moves to Italy and she and Koichi have a long-distance relationship as she keeps him from finding out she just joined a mafia because Koichi would just. Instantly blue screen at that fact. Also because Giorno steals Koichi's bag Yukako finds out and destroys him. As a treat <3 I have a whole fic about this if you're interested in it, plus art of Yukako in the Part 5 style I made.

Avatar

BSFVNSRFNSBHBSHVBS W H E E Z E -

I'd love to read the fic if you'd like to share, but also I brought this up to an irl friend of mine, he thought it was hilarious, and I hope you don't mind if I ramble to you about some of the Thoughts we came up with for our own spin on the idea-

(also I'm writing this in the "universe" of my Cinderella Rewrite, just so I feel more comfortable with yukakoi just a heads up thanks okay bye)

so sort of a headcanon for me to start things off, but Yukako's parents are both very wealthy but also very VERY absent, and once she hit middle school they stopped hiring babysitters to watch her so she was more or less on her own aside from a handful of incredibly scant visits/phone calls. She never knew exactly where their wealth came from but it wasn't really like she could ask so

but then fast forward to the end of her first year of high school and her parents suddenly drop the bomb that they're moving for "business" reasons and she's going to live in Italy. Naturally she's completely heartbroken because she has a life here. Friends and a boyfriend and people she'd honestly call family, and now her parents are making her leave it all behind without so much as an explanation

it's..... definitely rough, but made a bit easier by how Koichi swears he'll do everything he can to stay in contact. They have calls at minimum four times a week, send each other packages all the time, and just do what they can because they genuinely want this relationship to work out

as for Yukako's decent into Passione Things and joining the Bucci Gang...... I'll admit, I'm not super sure how exactly at the moment. I want to keep it with the theme of how Bucciarati helps her out in some way, and I do have the mental image that she didn't spend a lot of time at home because the house was way too big and empty and it was honestly driving her crazy. He probably saved/helped her somehow and Yukako, who's been honestly starved of any kind of Positive Adult Attention since Morioh, just decides "welp, guess I'll die for him"

I think it would be funny if she didn't actually join the gang at first, she just kinda.... sneakily helps him out from a distance. She knows Stand Magnetism would force her to meet some Stand Users eventually, so at least this way she's doing it on her own terms. Of course she's eventually caught, but she does impress them with her knowledge on Stands and ability to use hers, so New Teammate Obtained

Yukako definitly gives them a different perspective on Stands. She's pretty cagey about the specific details of where she moved from, but they do know it has a pretty big Stand community and she's been in a fair amount of fights. They also know she has a boyfriend whom she loves greatly and if anything happens to him Someone Was Definitly Going To Die

I can see Yukako and Fugo are both Besties and Worsties, bonding over being Rich Kids With Shitty Parents and also the only ones who posses a whole Two(2) braincells all for themselves, but they also have two of the worst tempers and when they fight it's bad. She also manages to get on Abbacchio's Not Bad side somehow and the two like to vibe silently together like a pair of cats

and I had. Such a funy sorta angst idea for a way for canon to go (and everyone lives because Fuck Canon <3)

so like. What if Koichi took the mission because it would be an excuse to visit Yukako. And the trip was supposed to be that week.

so ontop of the general stress of everything, Yukako is At Her Fucking Limit right now because she's supposed to be hanging out with her boyfriend for the first time in nearly 2 years, not going on the Worst Roadtrip Ever, she didn't even get a chance to tell him where she was going because this trip came out of nowhere-

and then by the time everything is over and Yukako gets back to Naples (still a little bit banged up from the last fight) it's unfortunately Koichi's last day here

were Diavolo not stuck in that death loop she would've ripped him to pieces with her bare hands

but then for a bit of fluff, a few months later thanks to the whole "now controlling the entire Italian underground which is a rather lucrative career" they're able to invite Koichi back so the two can hang out together for realsies this time

BUT in true Koichi fashion (for some crack), he accidentally gets ropped into Stand shenanigans and kidnapped again leading to a massive goose chase around the city

Avatar

so we've made the jojos were...creatures...vampires, what else? I think the next logical step is making them mermaids when they get water on them. the merstars

Avatar

B E T

for extra fun, what if they're like. The mildly eldritch Giant mermaids. Like, the ones that could hold a human in the palm of their hand

just. The Joestar family are essentially literal legends. Jonathan used to be Dio's friend and companion, protecting his ship and crew by swimming alongside them until one day he was betrayed and his skeleton was then hung up like a skeleton and ever since the family has distanced themselves from humans, save for Speedwagon and Erina since they were Jonathan's close friends

now the whole series has been shoved to the water. Maybe George II was a half-human who just kept growing until he had to be moved to he water permanently, but fell in love with his childhood friend Elizabeth who would visit him and even bought a home on the seaside. Maybe one day she was followed and George was slaughtered, and while she was able to get revenge she was forced on the run to escape legal repercussions

now thanks to Erina and Speedwagon she lives on an island far by the coast and almost an hour away from anyone else where she does her best to teach and raise her son in peace. Being only 1/4 mer Joseph could probably pass as a human, albeit a pretty large one, but there are some traits he struggles to hide should any person try to get too close, like having slightly strange eyes and patches of scales and gills

Suzie was a mer who'd pass through at regular times in the year and she and Joseph slowly fell in love with each other. They'd go on long swims into the sunset and stare at all kinds of plant life. Joseph would bring Susie all kinds of Land Foods to share and he learns how to cook specifically so he can share it with her. Susie tells him all about her travels around the world and deep in the ocean and brings back souvenirs. It didn't surprise anyone when they announced their marriage and Joseph purchased a boat so he and Susie could travel together

Holly grew up in the ocean and on a boat. She would swim alongside her mother and father as they travelled, going where she pleases. Susie and Joseph weren't surprised when she fell in love with the musician who would always play his songs by the sea. When Jotaro is born, he has a sort of a split custody of sorts. For the school year he lives with his father on land and attends human classes, and then during the summer break and any other long breaks he travels the ocean with his mom and interacts with other mers

A small idea: AU where Gravity works against Pucci, and Rikiel is taken into the Joestar fold at some point, anywhere from before Stone Ocean starts to in its endgame. The rod boi deserves some love.

Avatar

yessssssss

okay but what if I take it a step further and somehow, someway all three of the brothers manage to get found by Jotaro and Jolyne as kids. Like, purely through Gravity Bullshit and accidentally meeting them and slowly forging bonds

Ungalo and Jolyne bumped into each other at the movie theatre for a Disney movie and clicked immediately, practically giving the whole movie a hushed commentary and promised to meet later to do this again

during a trip to the hospital when Jolyne got really sick and (Jotaro's actually there this time) she ends up befriending the really anxious kid she shared a room with and decides she wants to be friends with him so her parents exchange information with his mom

Jotaro was nearby when Donatello gets arrested and ends up being called in as a witness to vouch for what he meant by "they fell from the sky." After the trial is over and he learns exactly why Donatello was there and pulls some strings with the SWF to make sure he gets put in a good home

Jotaro probably realises who they are pretty quick, but just because they're Dio's kids doesn't erase the fact they're Joestars. They didn't ask for their father to be who he was, and they're completely innocent

plus, Jolyne would never forgive him if he ever mistreated her favorite cousins

fast forward to 2001 and Giorno learns that not only does he have a very large extended family, but three younger half brothers as well

also I think it would be funny that when Jotaro sends Koichi to Italy, the Brando kids just...... follow him. They used their Stands to pull it off without anyone noticing and the whole time the Bucci Gang is doing their whole thing they're being followed by some barely teenagers (Donatello would be 15 and Rikiel and Ungalo would be 13/14) who are On A Mission

hell, who knows maybe they even get Jolyne (who's 9ish I think) in on it because she's basically their sister and she wants to meet their new older brother!!!

AU idea: Yasuho gets Paisley Park awakened early and decides to make Paisley Park a combat stand by becoming a tinkerer and inventor. She has at least two rudimentary suits cappable of channeling Paisley Park by the time Jojolion starts.

Hi Yes I Hope You Know I Love Every Aspect Of This

like. Yasuho notices her pink shadow way earlier, but being the small child she is decides to try and befriend it. She realises her new friend can posses any kind of technology or electronic but that she can't be seen by people, so it's only natural that the next step would be to make something for it to inhabit permanently

and because of this, Yasuho's been an inventor ever since she was tiny. Her first versions of Paisley's suits are little tin cans with tangled wiring and a crayon colored smiley face that could barely move a few steps before collapsing. She would spend hours devouring book after book in the library trying to teach herself more about engineering to make Paisley better and better suits. She found an abandoned building and converted it into a workshop to keep all her stuff safe and even made a little sleeping area with a food storage on the days she stayed too late/didn't want to go home

and I love the idea of her have two rudimentary suits, but if I may raise an idea with them:

one is more "person like." It has the proportions of a human and looks like one, even maybe having synthetic skin or a hologram (depends on how much we want Yasuho to push the bounds of science with Paisley's help) to help it pass as a person which Paisley uses in public

as for the other, this one is more combat oriented :)

after all, Yasuho was a kid when she started building Paisley's suits, and she has no adult super vision. Oh course she's going to want to make a cool fighting robot

it's a lot bulkier than the human one to accommodate the strength and armour, and also I think it should be able to fly. Just Because. That part took AGES to figure out, but when she finally worked out the kinks Yasuho had never been so thankful that Morioh doesn't have too many towns in the surrounding area giving a lot of space for her and Paisley to fly freely without worrying about getting caught

Yasuho's goal is to someday create a suit that can work both as an everyday and a combat suit

(also, I'm not saying Yasuho should get a prosthetic after the Final Fight, HOWEVER I think Yasuho should get a prosthetic after the Final Fight)

The final OP of stone ocean gave me the silliest idea. Essentially I saw how they made callbacks to the Phantom Blood OP, having Pucci and Joylne fight in the crumbling remains of the Joestar mansion, just as Dio and Jonathan once did. Well let's make this literal, shall we? 😉 The end of the old universe goes exactly as canon, Pucci kills all his enemies but Emporio escapes. Except what awaits him after the end... isn't the prison. Instead he finds himself in a home richer than anything he's ever read in his books. And it's on FIRE. Two men he's never seen before are locked in a fight to the death, screaming and lashing, and with everything he's already gone through, now THIS? His heart is about to give out- until the Priest shows up in the door frame. And says they're in the new year of this universe's 1889. As Emporio forgets all about the two strange guys and decides to fucking HOOF it for dear life, he can hear Pucci tailing him ever so steady, despite the horrible heat from all sides, explaining what heaven REALLY was, how he and Dio planned this for so long, how all his enemies were gone except one, and he was gonna finish it in the place where it ALL started. Through ash and embers, the last hope of the joestars will die with their ancestral home. The hallways are a maze, and he can't even breathe. The child pitifully is reduced to a crawl, lungs heaving the smoke, and the priest closes in on his final victim, not noticing how Dio and Jonathan's attention have turned to them the moment their presence became known...

OOOOOOOOOO YESSSSSSSSSSSS

Oh my god I ADORE this and I had a fucking THOUGHT

because of course Jonathan is going to be concerned. He's just spotted a child being chased through a burning building, absolutely terrified

but Dio...... with Dio it's going to feel more personal :)

normally Dio wouldn't have cared. By all means, he shouldn't have. He had no idea who this child was and therefor would have no investment in his safety or wellbeing

but then through the smoke and ash, Dio manages to make something out

Blonde hair and gold eyes with a man looming over

"Ironic, is it not. That with her final breath she futilely kept you safe from me." the man speaks, and just over the din of cracking wood and snapping fire Dio can make out the words. "And just like her, there will be no one left to mourn you."

And Dio remembers soft hands keeping him safe and holding him close being brutally ripped away before his eyes, remembers his only protection and happiness being cooling and dying while he did nothing, remembers the sharp scent of alcohol and the ache of bruises, remembers trying to get away but always being pulled back, remembers begging, pleading for it to stop but it always falling on deaf ears, remembers remembers REMEMBERS-

and Dio

sees

red

his battle with Jonathan is all but forgotten as he bolts across the room, the man's neck easily found in his grip and hauled up into the air. He doesn't even attempt to drink the man's blood, doesn't want the filth that reminds him to much of his father staining his stomach, and instead stares into him with every ounce of hatred he has. The carnal part, the predator part of his mind that had been heighten to an incredible degree and lusts for his death

so he does. Barely gives the man a chance to react, to speak, to comprehend what was happening to him. Looking back Dio almost thinks he saw something akin to recognition in the man's eyes, but he just waves it off as something conjured by his clouded mind

and Emporio...... he can only stare. Pucci, Whitesnake, the man who'd been haunting him since he knew how to walk, who'd killed EVERYONE...... was simply dealt with just like that

he should probably be afraid of the man who killed him. After all, obviously the man was a Stand User, there wasn't any other way to explain how fast he moved or how strong he was or the slitted eyes

But Emporio honestly couldn't care less

he'd seen monsters. You didn't grow up in a prison without learning very quickly how to tell the monsters apart from the rest

and right now....... this man wasn't a monster. Monstrous maybe, but not a monster

"What's your name, boy?" he asks, his voice deep but also quiet, as if he can't believe what he's seeing

"My name is Emporio." he says back

(tl:dr, vampires are just murderous cats with opposable thumbs and Emporio has obtained One(1) new father figure and Dio, who doesn't want to be a shitty dad, is Doing His Best To Make Him Genuinely Happy and if that means having to get along with Jojo then so be it)

((doesn't mean he has to like it though))

So I had a thought. Jotakak Beauty And The Beast AU but with a...... twist? I guess???

because I’ve seen a lot of them with Jotaro as the Beast and Kakyoin as the Belle, and no disrespect to them but also like........ based on their characters, there’s so much opportunity for it to be the other way round and nobody’s using it

we have Kakyoin who was isolated growing up. He was constantly surrounded by so many people, yet because they could never understand or accept or even see an integral piece of him, it prevented him from forming any lasting bonds. This time he has the additional pressure of being a prince and the social status that comes with it, leading to him growing bitter and lonely and angry, who’s almost completely given up on anyone caring for them. After all, if nobody cared for him before when he was cursed, why could anyone care when he was a monster

we have Jotaro, who we've seen regarded as being attractive and constantly surrounded by women who seek his affections, but because of how shallow it is he hates it. He pushes back, makes it very clear he has no interest, and is regarded as strange and unordinary because of it. He only has a single parent, his mother this time, who probably wouldn’t be very well received by the community because they’re foreigners and not native to the area

I also think it would be funny if Jotaro tried fighting a wolf with his bare hands

Idk there’s just. It vibes in my brain

you know i have this tougth that what if giorno and haruno are twins

and for all of part 5 giorno leaves whith the bucci gang without leaving and note haruno starts poking around and from what he gathers asumes giorno was lidnaped by the mafia

..........okay so

this is likely not at all in the direction you meant for it to do in but

what if. What if Haruno accidentally created Giorno with Gold Experience-

like. Haruno was experimenting with what exactly he could and couldn't do with Gold, thought "hey can I make people?" and then the next thing he knows he's looking at Him But Blonde and can't bring it in himself to turn him back into the small pile of rocks he started as

given the fact he was made by a Stand, Giorno can see Stands but doesn't have one of his own. However, he does still have a bit of ingrained loyalty to Haruno and the damage reflection :)

Haruno's bio mom and stepdad has no fucking idea where this Honestly Terrifying Identical Blonde Kid came from, but there's some freaky magic shit going on with him and the last time the stepdad tried hitting him it resulted in a black eye and the kid being untouched so they give the pair a wide berth

they honestly think Giorno's some kind of weird fae thing that attached itself to Haruno. The bio mom's aware of the existence of vampires since Dio, so she just assumes other magic things could be real and that Giorno is one of them (which...... she's not fully wrong but not quite correct either). However, on paper Giorno is Haruno's twin

Giorno is also....... Really Weird. While he definitely has the mentality of a child, there's also Some Other Stuff going on in that head of his which comes from his Weird Creation. He's also stuck in a weird in between of being VERY protective of Haruno and looking out for him vs being a little brother and looking to Haruno for guidance. This feeling is also reciprocated by Haruno, and the two honestly flip back and forth pretty often on who's the "older sibling" of the day

and ofc, things are absolutely INSANE with the Bucci Gang. He probably explains away the damage reflection as his Stand Ability, but Haruno not being there with Gold is going to get things interesting

maybe at one point after the whole Betrayal Thing Giorno all but demands they go back to Naples immediately because like hell he's leaving Haruno alone and at risk like this

I've had this idea marinating for a while please consider this: Assassin Mista AU!

Basically, Bucciarati wasn't the only one that Mista impressed with his headline stunt pre-canon. When he showed up to bust the kid out of prison, Bruno was expecting legal questions, not for the prison to tell him that Guido Mista didn't legally exist. Strange, as he'd made the news literally a month ago, but Bruno had already drained enough money from Polpo to get this far and couldn't risk further research, so he had to let the matter go.

So what happened to him?

Instead of being dragged into Passione, Mista was dragged into an organisation of Stand assassins! They function as almost a social network - you order a hit and submit your future victim's name, age, picture and last known location, and the organisation sends it to their hitmen to finish the job.

They offered Mista his freedom: they could erase his existence entirely, and work to pay back their investment at a steep interest, or he could rot in prison for the rest of his life. Not much of a choice, but at least he could chose what jobs to take, avoiding children and mothers as much as possible? It wasn't much - the pay was pitiful and the lifestyle worse, but Mista survived. Maybe not lived, but survived.

(side note, I don't know how different the pistols would be in this Au, maybe even more chaotic than canon, since he doesn't have the Bucci gang for comfort anymore!)

I can (and probably will) elaborate on how exactly this intersects with cannon, but long story short, EITHER Diavolo always planned to finish off the Bucci Gang after they delivered Trish to cover his tracks and couldn't send his usual hitman squad after them (for obvious reasons) so he just applied for outside help OR la Squadra hunted down the execution squad for murdering Gelato and Sorbet after declaring themselves traitors, and it forced his hand to extend his reach outside Passione.

Either way, even though it goes against so many of his personal self-imposed morals, the amount of Lira on offer is more than enough to pay off his debt and then some, so how can Mista pass this opportunity up?

Don't worry though! He still ends up joining the gang, although it takes a ruined opera, several explosions, a kidnapping, a mini stand battle and a phone call to do it! (not necessarily in that order)

OOOOOOOOOOOO ANGST THE GUN BOI 👀👀👀👀👀👀

I love the idea of Mista being an assassin. There's so much room for angst and pain and I adore it

for the Pistols, what if while they aren't much different from canon, Mista relies on them WAAAAAY more for emotional support. He talks to them regularly, more than he does Actual People, and sees them as fully separate beings. He lets the Pistols do what they please and doesn't even try to make them do things they don't want because excising the control he has over them makes him sick to his stomach. The Pistols also help him keep a grip on the morals he has left and get very vocal if he starts to toe the line

the Pistols both drive him up a wall and keep him sane. It's because of them he hasn't gone spiralling into a dark hole which he'd never be able to return from

and if I may bring another possibility for how Mista ends up tying into canon: what if he ends up befriending La Squadra and gets involved that way

his line of work meant he didn't have many friends. Everyone was competition, and if two assassins just to happened to be aiming for the same job? Well, it wasn't friendly fire if you aren't allies

but well..... Mista's on Passione territory. It was only a matter of time before he ended up crossing paths

and maybe at first they're enemies. It's just bad blood and insults every time they meet, but their ties to their respective organisations prevent them from Dealing with the opposition out of fear of retaliation. Slowly, this leads to a tolerance of each other, maybe a silent acknowledgment when passing in the street, which then leads to coexistence and nothing more than annoyed words when they take the same jobs

but then this slowly opens avenues for partnerships. More dangerous jobs become possible, there have allies outside their immediate circle to call on, the Squadra get access to more information and jobs outside of Passione work, Mista gets a place to crash on the nights he can't afford rent and a warm meal when he doesn't have time to cook

for the first time in nearly a year, Mista finally gets to feel companionship from another human again

but of course....... then Sorbet and Gelato are killed

and Mista was tired. Tired of killing, tired of getting hurt, tired of awful living conditions, tired of making it to the next day by the skin of his teeth

so when the Squadra ask him if he'd like to join them in overthrowing the Boss, for the first time since he'd gotten them Mista ignores the Pistols warnings and goes in

this is his last job, he thinks. After they take over Passione, he'll be able to pay off his debts and live a simple, quiet life far away from anyone or anything that could ever hurt him

it's either that, or die trying

(what he wasn't expecting was for everything to go sideways and have a total of Two(2) found families at the end of it all and for a man with blue eyes and black hair to recognise him)

(ofc this is just a suggestion my brain ran away with, your idea for how canon ties in is VERY tasty as well)

I just remembered this idea and needed to tell you before i forgot again

AU were Dio's mom (we need to give her a name) is fucking tired of her life with Dario and decides to run away with her son, but to were?

Then she remember's. The accident, the talk between Dario and the surviving man and a favor

So going to the Joestar manor it is

(To spice things a little, if you want, we could put a bit of Behind Cloosed Doors and Dio's mom kicking ass later)

I didn't thought much after that but i did have a little thing with Speedwagon and Dio's mom were they knew eachoter and she helped him at some point, i just think it's cute (and to be even funnier when at some point she shows him Jonathan and he goes "i'm going to marry him")

Man, i just want the moms to be more appreciated :(

~(Maybe i will come back with another AU for the victorian moms again, just a warning)~

(And for the sake of the au and so I don’t have to keep referring to her as Dio’s Mother……. Let’s say her name is Ida)

Just. Ida arriving at the Joestar mansion with a much younger Dio and requesting safety. Explaining the whole situation with Dario, maybe telling him Dario’s true intentions and even saying that he doesn’t need to take her in just as long as Dio’s safe

but whatever she does, George agrees to take her and her son. Maybe she simply becomes a resident of the mansion, maybe she's hired as Jonathan's nanny/caretaker, but yeah she ends up staying the mansion

and maybe in a bit of twisted fate from canon...... the two boys end up being close friends. Dio's still hardened from his time in the slums with Dario, but given how much younger he is and the fact his mother hadn't died, there's still a bit of childhood wonder left in him. Just enough that with his mother's encouragement, Jonathan is able to slowly worm his way into the other boy's heart no matter how much he denies it

that isn't so say Dio is nice. While he may be much kinder than canon, there's a difference between kind and nice and he's still Dio. He's still terrifyingly smart, still incredibly cunning, still silver tongued...... just now he's not trying to ruin Jonathan's life because he genuinely likes the guy

these two end up balancing each other out in many ways. Dio ground Jonathan to reality and stops him before he can get taken advantage of, and Jonathan in turn shows Dio how to be happy and that vulnerability isn't always dangerous

(and ofc I LOVE the mental image of Ida silently helping Speedwagon as he pines and Dio is debating the merits of shovel talking him)

((also also Behind Closed Doors is going to be I N S A N E in this AU, Ida is doing every possible thing in her power to make Jonathan happy but also absolutely terrified upon realising she essentially escape one lions den just to stumble into another. I'll admit, I'm torn on whether Ida Des up being brought to the castle with Jonathan, or if she ends up learning Hamon with Speedwagon and Erina))

Hello there! I wanted to share a jjba AU if it's possible, I've been cooking this up for a while and was inspired by many ideas revolving around Jonathan being Star Platinum or specifically— stands, or in better words the Joestars stands where all inhabited by ghost of their family? It's not complete but here's what I got for now:

Stands are the fighting spirit (energy) or the will of a person, and normally it's only just that, but the Joestars are different. When Dio obtained his Stand (while he had a strong will and fighting spirit) it still wasn't really enough or, it wasn't supposed to be, their wasn't really a vessel or a another body to make a stand.

So to accommodate, souls where used, in essence now their a bit... different than in canon. It's confusing I know but please bear with me here.

When Dio obtained his Stand "The World" since he was using Jonathan's body he obtained his aswell, "Passion". I'm still not certain who to make The World but Passion well... their non other than Mary Joestar, who's now a purple vine like stand with flowers.

As for the rest of the Joestars, the first who obtained their stand as far as I remember was Joseph a year before Jotaro.

Joseph was a hard pick since their where many I wanted to be "Hermit purple" but in the end I decided that it would be Jorge Joestar II, basically Joseph's father. And much like Passion, Hermit is a purple thorny vine, but the difference is that they can take a semi-humanoid form (this will have more of an impact later).

Between all the Joestar's, Jotaro was the easiest to decide, I adore the idea of Star being Jonathan! Actually Jonathan being Star inspired me in making Hermit into Jorge.

I love the idea of Holly gaining and keeping her stand. Her stand is very much like her dad's, but instead of purple it's green with berry's and small red flowers, her stand "Guns and Roses" would be non other than Erina Pendolton Joestar!

So here instead of here being killed by her stand maybe it would be something more sinister? Maybe a curse Dio placed on her just because he wanted to taunt them? Maybe Enya would be responsible for it idk :)

I'm a sucker for Au's where Joseph doesn't cheat on Suzie so I made this one just that :D

Here Josuke is a far away relative of the Joestar that came into their lives at an early age, since he isn't technically related to the main bloodline or more accurately Jonathan's bloodline but is still close to the family "Crazy Diamond" isn't really a family member but is at the same time. And who else better to become CD than our beloved oil tycoon Speedwagon?

As for Giorno, Jolyne and Dio's other children I'm completly stumped on them sorry :(

So for a bit more context since this getting a bit too long, I'll get to some scenarios :D

The souls are very much aware of who they are, but not what they are. The last thing they remember is them dying, so when they first wake up in their new bodies we'll... not everything is dandelions and cherries.

For Erina and Speedwagon their death wasn't gruesome at all, infact they both fulfilled their lives. Erina lived a nice life and died surrounded by family so waking up in a house that she has never seen before with vague and blurry vision of people around spooks her a bit, I imagine that she wouldn’t really get to know much at first since right after she manifest she's down for the count.

The same would be for Speedwagon since he's inhabiting CD and at the moment Josuke is still a four year old so he also doesn't understand much until later.

Now for Mary, Jorge and Jonathan, we'll... their not taking it so well.

Mary's last memory literally was of her and her family free falling off a cliff in a carriage with her trying to shield her baby from impending doom. And now she's in this dark room with a blond man, who she has never ever met, with George and Jonathan no where in sight. You can imagine the stress she's in.

Jorge's was gruesome to say the least. Dying by being eaten alive? Horrible. The moment he wakes up you bet that he's thrashing around trying to get out and fight. In his mind he's still the office fighting for his life, he need to get back to his family. To mother and uncle Speedwagon, to his Elizabeth and his new born son that was just born practically just a few days ago! He needed to fight back, he needed to! And once he regains a sence of control he discovers that he's no longer in the generals room, it's no longer night time. He's in an office, foreign to him, and right infront of him was an elderly man with a few scrapes and bruises, and on closer inspection he looked like his father (he remembered the only picture his mother had of his father) if he ever grew to be that old, just where the hell was he?

Jonathan's death was as gruesome as Jorge's if not worse. He just got married, was at his honeymoon and then Dio just had to appear and ruin everything. Now the ship was burning, he has no knowledge if Erina managed to escape with the baby or if she's still trapped in the sea of flames. To say the least this man was on flight or fight mode. When he "wakes up" he's greated by the sight of a fight, but in his mind their zombies and oh god is he tired and horrified. His fist connects with the face of one of them, he cries out before sending a barrage of punches to the zombies before him. When he comes back too, he only sees beaten up teenagers with strange clothes, he's on the side walk in the sun (the sun oh god he's missed the sun) and a terrified kid behind him. Just what has he done?

On a lighter note stands can communicate with each other so when Avdol arrives and sees the mess in Mr. Joestars office it's Magician Red who explains and comforts Jorge. In the span of a year it's good to say that him and MR became good friends.

I have more ideas but that's it for now, as I said before it's work in progress but I would love to hear your thoughts on this Au! I don't have a name for it tho... but either way I'm an open minded person and don't mind the constructive criticism or incorporating more ideas into this AU.

ANGST ANGST ANGST ANGST THE BOIS SO MUCH

but also the pure crack that comes with the fact the entire Joestar Family all is haunted by the literal ghosts of their past is hilarious because they'll be hovering around, some interacting like old friends and some even closer, and the humans in question have barely any idea of what's going on

and just. OUGH the mental image of George II lashing out when he's first manifesting. How he could still feel the pain and terror and agony oh god he was dying he was dying he wasn't going to be able to see his wife or son ever again-

but then as things become clear, he notices a strange old man talking to him in soothing tones, his clothes torn and shredded and a few beads of blood on his skin like he tried fighting a thorn bush and lost

also, I know you said that it was only really the Josestars who were haunted but....... I had a really angsty idea for Dio

what if The World is Dario

neither he nor Dio know what the fuck is going on, nor does Dio ever figure out his Stand's identity. As much freedom as sentient Stands have, Dio clamps down hard on his control and leaves almost no room for Dario to do anything

How's this for an AU: Narancia and the Runaway Girl from Part 3 are the same person — having travelled the world to avoid dealing with her mom's eye infection, met the Stardust Crusaders, and returned home to the worst possible outcome.

To facilitate this, DIO's reemergence is moved five years before the events of Part 3 and Vento Aureo takes place PRIOR to Diamond is Unbreakable in 1997 — such that Giorno can still be 15 and Narancia is technically around Abbacchio's age (but no one can tell). Honestly, how Part 5 and the massacre in Rome impacts the events of Part 4 is an AU unto itself.

Imagine Narancia somehow being the team's expert on Stand encounters... to an extent, because the orangutan with the boat is simply too unbelievable to be true. Imagine Narancia as Passione's "in" to the corrupt elements of the Speedwagon Foundation. Imagine her inexplicably knowing who Polnareff is.

Imagine that it is only when the death toll in Rome is calculated that Jotaro learns what became of that runaway kid, when they find the flowers.

Avatar

OOOOOOOOOOOO P A I N

oh god this is so much worse if you throw in my headcanon that Jotaro and Anne exchanged letters when everything was over-

(also what if just. *bonks Narancia to Trans His Gender* :3)

Like. Narancia absolutely does not tell Jotaro everything that's been going on aside from a few rants about his dad. He talks about Bucciarati and Fugo and Abbaccio and Mista and all the craziness, but he always carefully dances around what they actually do. And Jotaro of course has no reason to suspect anything's wrong. If anything, he'd be super thankful to these friends for giving Narancia the love and family he deserves and wishes he could come visit. Maybe they even share a couple photos back and forth

(he was admittedly very shocked about Narancia getting a Stand, and that did trigger some suspicion, but he trusted Narancia to talk to him if anything actually dangerous was going on. Plus...... it was nice being able to give Narancia advice about Stand things)

but then one day the letters stop coming

At first, Jotaro doesn't think too much of it. After all, Narancia sometimes forgets or things get delayed in the mail, no biggie

but then Jotaro ends up hearing about Rome. How the damage was so catastrophic the only possible explanation could be a Stand Fight

and Jotaro is very familiar with Gravity. How despite the fact Narancia lived in Naples, how he knew the kid moved around for "work" quite a bit, how Stand Users were always attracted to other Stand Users

Jotaro was practically on the next flight out

Avatar

Another AU idea (I'm sorry for sending so many my mind won't leave me alone): Under the effects of Silver Chariot Requiem, if someone dies it's the owner of the body who perishes instead of the soul inhabiting it. As a result, Giorno dies, Narancia goes back into his own body... and since Narancia is the only one in his own body once SCR is defeated, he's the only one who doesn't lose consciousness. And, well... what better way to keep the Arrow out of the boss's hands than using it on himself? (Also Polnareff just barely lives because I said so.)

Avatar

O U G H

if I may add an even angstier piece to it....... what if it wasn't immediate. Like, Narancia "dies," but Giorno finds that he can't swap himself back into his own body, so he sticks around in Narancia's. The rest of the fight plays out as normal...... until SCR is defeated and the swap back happens

Narancia has no idea what's going on. He died. He felt it. Felt the stabbing of the metal crush any hopes at a happy ending, how everything literally flashed before his eyes, how he died before he even fully realised what was happening

and then the next thing he knows, the sun has risen, Diavolo is in front of his eyes and there is an arrow grasped in his hands

I'll admit, I'm not fully sure what exactly to make Aerosmith Requiem's ability be. I do want to keep it something with a plane theme and it would need to be something with a bit of Reality Fuckery, but that's kinda all I got

but this...... this is going to CRUSH Narancia. That because of him, because of his actions and how he let himself get caught off guard, Giorno is the one who had to pay for it. How he barely got to know Giorno, how the younger boy had saved their lives countless times, and in the end this was how he was repaid for his efforts

........you know what....... for a bit of extra pain....... *bonks this with Supernova Vibes* everyone but Giorno survives :3

Avatar

....... crack AU where when Gold Experience stopped Black Sabbath from stabbing Giorno and got its hand cut, that ended up turning it into GER early-

so like. they get slightly stabbed, pass the fuck out, Koichi sees this all from the window and ends up dealing with the Stand, nearly gets stabbed again until GER wakes up and sorta. Banishes it from existing for hurting its User

Giorno is, understandably, Confused As Fuck. Koichi’s explanation about what exactly the Arrows are and what they do does help a bit, but Koichi admits he doesn’t fully know what’s happening. He also ends up sharing his own experience with having to learn about Echoes from scratch and gives the kid his number if he ever needs help or advice or just generally wants to talk

but yeah, Giorno still goes along with the plot, “kills” Polpo (GER once again does some Trolling), and is off

so just...... the whole time Giorno is sitting there like “ah yes, this is my Stand Gold Experience Requiem :) I love it very much, it has done nothing wrong ever” and meanwhile the Bucci Gang are High Key Terrified of the newbie because his Stand is fucking horrifying and when it talks to them they lose a few years off their life

like, during the fight with Illuso GER is holding Giorno’s unconscious body and not moving a muscle when Abbacchio or Fugo asks if it killed the enemy and without taking its eyes off Giorno it responds something along the lines “No. Killing would imply I allowed him the release of death. Where I sent him will allow no such mercy”

Fugo now feels a bit unsafe

Trish Una - The Boss 🌹

(my piece for the Diamante Rosa Trish zine)

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO THAT’S A FUN IDEA

I can see this going coming about in two ways:

1) Somehow it gets out that Trish was the Boss’s daughter and that she has a Stand. Word of mouth and gossip travels really fast, and the next thing the Gang know people think Trish killed her dad and is going to be the new Boss

or and admittedly my personal favorite 2) Diavolo and Doppio Raised Trish But He's Unfortunately Still An Asshole And Trish Has Been Planning To Overthrow Him For Years

maybe Donatella died earlier, maybe Diavolo kept better track of his loose ends and kept them close, but Trish grows up with her life heavily intertwined with the mafia after a few years of Normal Living

and she hates it. She hates this life, she hates her "father," she hates how she constantly has to look over her shoulder for danger, hates how every decision, ever word, every breath needs to be calculated and precise lest she risks her father's wrath. She can't be weak because if she's weak, if she's seen as a liability for even a moment, her life will be over

Diavolo has no love for her. At best, she's a play thing which mildly amuses him. It's only a matter of time until before he decides to kill her

and Trish isn't going to just let that happen

so slowly, silently, as the years go by she starts planning by herself. She cultivates the perfect mask as a front, smart enough to not be seen as a liability but dumb enough to not be seen as a threat, all toward her father's downfall and her own rise to power. She knows there's no getting out of this life. She's been raised in the centre of the mafia, a fact which her father did very little to keep her from. She'd seen too much, knew too much, to ever hope to completely clean her hands of its influence and how it shaped her on a fundamental level

and what if somewhere along the line she ends up bumping into a certain not-yet-blonde haired children with a particularly powerful Stand. Trish needed allies. Needed people to watch her back. Needed people to keep her safe from her father

(Needed a friend. Trust was a luxury, one that even with her father's expansive wealth, she could never afford. Anyone associated with her father couldn't be trusted, and almost every interaction she had was carefully cultivated by him too. Meeting Giorno has been a genuine, complete accident and she wasn't going to let that go so easily)

and well......... it was laughably easy to remove Giorno from his "parents" custody. Trish didn't even need to do anything. The simple promise of food and a place to stay albeit with dubious safety was more than enough to get Giorno's favour and he was more than happy to leave that part of his life behind. On paper, he's Mrs.Una's Attendant/Bodyguard. She's rarely seen without him, and when she is he's likely nearby or hiding in the shadows. There's all sorts of rumours surrounding the two, some more unsavoury than others, but luckily nobody suspects their actual motives so the two count it as a win. They do like to listen in on the rumours on occasion and make fun of them

But despite the power imbalance, he and Trish grow to genuinely love each other. They become the best of friends, practically siblings, and they brave the storm that is their lives together. They become almost like an interesting mirror to Bucciarati and Abbacchio's relationship in that sense. Giorno would do anything Trish asked of him, anything for the girl who saved his life and gave him a purpose to work toward. He'd do anything to protect her. Trish in turn does whatever she can to protect him, and trusts him more than anyone else in the world

admittedly their bond does lean a bit on the side of codependency, but in their defence they're both 15 and have Literally Nobody Else they can trust so....... yeah not much they can do in that department

Canon's going to be insane though. Trish has probably figured out she has Spice Girl by this point but she's definitely kept her secret. Sort of an ace to keep just incase things really hit the fan and she and Giorno need to get out of somewhere in a pinch. She's gotten really got at finer control and using the ability in small areas which is useful, and is also really good at not reacting to the presence of other Stands
