Crossover with Jotaro in Italy, Mr. Kujo figures out the time loop shenanigans himself, and randomly fucks around with both Team Bucciaratti and Passione when the Team does a Murder Loop or otherwise makes a lot of noise.

you know, the idea of Jotaro being excluded from the time loop is so fucking funny and I absolutely adore it because just

the INSANITY

the Gang of course never do anything to harm Jotaro. He's been a close friend and companion in MANY of their loops, and in the loops where he isn't he only ever intervenes if they cause mass civillian casualties. Heck there were even a couple times where they (usually Fugo, Trish or Narancia) told him about the time loop, which he reacted to with his usual Are You Fucking Kidding Me deadpan stare

but also for some shits and giggles, what if while Jotaro isn't part of the time loop, he is given a bunch of deja vu and mild feelings of remembering. Enough that it chills him out around the Bucci Gang and makes him less suspicious of them, and that his relationship with a few of the members doesn't have to be started over from scratch

it'd be so funny if Jotaro flips back and forth between Going Off The Rails With Them but also The Hidden Optional Boss

hell, maybe Jotaro even becomes an obstacle actively impeding them to add a little spice to their challenges

AU where the Bucci Gang get trapped in a time loop, spanning from the start of the part and to sometime after Diavlo’s defeat. And sure, for a while it starts off angsty with everyone trying to figure out what’s going on and how to avoid people dying

but then after several loops, Bucciarati enforces a Break Loop where they just. Take a break and calm down and rest so they don’t loose their minds

and then during said Break Loop, Narancia ends up suggesting turning the next loop into a game to blow off some steam and let loose a bit.

You know how in speed runs, there are sub categories with specific rules? Like in Super Mario Odyssey, there’s Nipple Percent where you have to take Mario’s shirt off as fast as possible, or Damageless Percent where you have you beat the game without being hit

The biggest thing holding them back is travel time but Narancia Will Not Be Stopped

Oh god I just realized that Mista would singlehandedly move the record from 5 days and a bit to 3 days 23 hours purely to avoid the record being anywhere within 4 days.

He has a bajillion tricks and adjustments he came up with he’s just sitting on until someone gets it down NEARLY to four days and then tried to implement them all at once to get it down to three and 23.

Mista spends COUNTLESS loops testing and experimenting every trick seperately, mentally keeping track of the time saved, and anytime someone might get a record of 4 days he purposefully interferes

there is an ongoing war between Mista and Narancia. The former who is trying to avoid a 4 day record, and Narancia who is trying to get it

Mista succeding in a 3 days 23 hours record is what spurs Narancia on to try and get a 4 hour record, no matter what

Imagine from la squadra perspective like they are getting ready to betray the boss but haven’t actually done anything yet and then like five minutes before they start thier revenge plot they get orders to take out brunos gang cause theyve gone rouge and have kidnapped the bosses daughter

And before they can even start fucking looking for brunos team theyve already kill diavolo and his guard team making themselves the new bosses the passione

If they somehow keep him alive long enough, wouldn't it eventually reset when he died of old age? It'd be pretty awful the first time they discover that lol. Like losing a hardcore Minecraft world and having to start from scratch but a thousand times worse.

Polnareff pov is gonna be the best. Like he just sitting in some farm house and mista just out of nowhere break all his window somehow manage to shoot himself at least 6 time (because mista), beat the shit out of pol, grab the arrow and just booked it

Trish jumping off the cliff right at the beginning of a loop in order to awaken spice girl without notorious big. Narancia just shoot all the enemies before they even attack and Giorno just fucking banana suicide polpo after 5 minute

the first couple attempts are probably a bit rougher. Miscommunications are had, mistakes are made, you know, general speedrun type mistakes

but then as they make more attempts, it starts to flow easier. They figure out the exact way to do certain things, the exact way to predict what others will do based on the changes they’ve made, how to do this one perfect movement that can save time, and so on so forth

From an outside perspective(cough Fugo’s before he loops cough) it’s absolutely terrifying, because they just Know things

But for the Squad it’s like “okay Narancia, somehow we missed that guy last time, get his ass because we don’t feel like being shot through this time”

Giorno in this au doesn't even join passione because it's just easier to fucking ice polpo the moment they meet.

A couple of ideas for the Speedrun AU

Zipper Percent - they have to go the entire week without ever leaving Bucciarati’s zipper dimension. They’re allowed to poke their heads out and interact, but they’re never allowed to full leave

Assasination Percent - manage to get to Diavlo without him realizing they’re turning against him. Bonus points are given if any of them manage to get La Squadra on their side

Graveless Percent - nobody is allowed to die. Nobody. Not their enemies, not each other, not people caught in the crossfire, with the only exception being Diavlo.

Standless Percent - what it sounds like. They have to beat Diavlo without ever using their Stands

Crusader Percent - they have to reunite Polanreff, Jotaro and Joseph, and the run is considered over when they’re all in the same room

They should do runs where only one of them is allowed to do anything involving the main story just to see who does it best.

Opposite of Graveless Percent is Murder Percent they have to get the highest amount of kills possible before they fight Diavolo while still progressing the main story.

What if for the “Only One Person Is Allowed To Do Story Mode” thing, this means everything. Killing Polpo, getting the treasure, fighting La Squadra, killing Diavlo, the whole shebang. And they aren’t allowed to skip any of the fights either, and the only intervention the others are allowed to make is Giorno healing them after fights.

Currently Giorno has the record of getting it done fastest, followed closely by Fugo.

And for Murder Percent, what if it’s specifically who kills the most enemies. This means that kill stealing is absolutely a thing that goes down, and it’s chaotic as hell

Yes lol! Although in Murder Percent there's gotta be a no team kill rule, like you can kill anyone but the other members of the group. Just because in one attempt, Fugo just obliterated the team too when someone stole his kill.
