a sequel of this drabble: here (gonna post another one tomorrow!)
You were gathering your things after class when your seatmate suddenly leaned in. "So, he's your boyfriend?" she asked, glancing over at Megumi, who was waiting by the door.
"Uhm... yeah," you replied, a little hesitant. "Sorry for not tel—"
Before you could finish, she squealed and linked her arm with yours. "Omg! How? When? Where?" she fired off excitedly, practically bouncing as she bombarded you with questions.
“What?”
It was starting to get a bit irritating, but you took a deep breath and answered as calmly as you could. "uh.. well, we started dating a few months ago. It just kinda happened, you know? We got closer and... well, here we are."
She continued to gush over every little detail, but you just smiled and nodded, trying to keep your patience as you glanced over at Megumi, still by the door.
You smiled at her. “Anyways, I have to go now! See you tomorrow!”
'She's... she's not a bad person... ' You thought to yourself.
description: spoiler for manga!! Fushiguro never thought that there'd be a day where his Sensei wouldn't be there anymore...
tw: mentions of death // kinda emotional // themes of grief
requests: OPEN
a/n: thought of this when i was thinking about Gojo and Megs' relationship, i thought it deserved more than what we got... and i kinda got frustrated at the fact that nobody was mourning??????? i wanted them to grieve soooo i wrote it :) 12 drafts later, This is my pov on how i think my beloved megs would react to Gojo Satoru's death... i hope you like it and if you do please reblog and press that little heart.
"Sensei, can you—" Megumi asked as he walked inside his classroom, only to realize halfway that he wouldn't find anyone there... not anymore.
Oh...
Sighing, he stood next to the window where Gojo used to sit when he was... alive. He was looking outside the window but not quite seeing anything as his mind was too overwhelmed.
It was said that people don't realize the value of something until they lose it, or in this case, the value of someone. As Megumi mulled over the words, he realized just how true they were.
I express my hearty congratulations for reaching a thousand followers! You deserve it indeed,
I saw your event recently and I just had to be a part of the lovely celebration, so may I request,
Prince Fushiguro Megumi of Jujutsu Kaisen, my favorite couple activity is taking long walks in the rain together whilst holding hands and the timestamp is 7:30 pm
I hope you are doing well and taking care of yourself,
Regards,
Tess
(Lmao, I tried my best to be formal, just like the event, hope its not bad...)
ᴀ/ɴ: thank you, your highness; your kind words are highly appreciated, I do hope this is up to your liking. I hope health and fortune follows you everywhere 💕 (okay formalities aside, thank you for cooperating with me in the formal message, it was quite lovely XD and yes you can request more if you would like, when miss inspiration hit me I forgot the ‘long’ part in the request, hope it’s fine :,)
“Tell me again, why did I agree to come with you?”
A giggle escaped your lips as you swayed your hands together “because you are my sweetheart of a boyfriend whom I love very much?” He glared at you a blush appearing on his face in response to your heart fluttering words followed by a barely audible “shush”
The pitter patter of the rain, a soothing sound to your ear, as jujutsu sorcerers you don’t get to experience serenity quite often even as students, in addition to the chaos brought by your friends and teacher; mission by mission by mission, your time is consumed and what’s left to take is the few minutes before you both drift off in each other’s arms at the end of the night.
He liked it, being with you. It always made his mood light up and his heart beat lively in a way he never thought it could. Your presence was always something he favored and cherished, and your smile was something he wanted to protect forever, that’s why when you pout and continue to beg him to go out in the rain together an hour ago, he naturally agrees. Even with the risk of getting sick, you are both out here because he just can’t say no to you, besides at least you have an umbrella, right?
As if on cue to blame the author for jinxing the moment, the wind blew strongly as Megumi’s grasp on it faltered “Oh come on!” He groaned while you shrugged with a smile “We can’t do anything about it, ‘gumi.” The rain didn’t look like it was stopping anytime soon either as you both got soaked.
“Y/N, we have to go back; at this rate, we will really catch a cold and Itadori along with Nobara and Gojo-sensei won’t let us live it down.” He complained, a headache forming just thinking about the scene they will cause about it, how whipped he is for you to the point he is willing to get sick for you to smile and enjoy yourself in the rain “Won’t let you live it down, I am free from their teasing for the rest of the month because of the bet with Yuuji.” You interjected cheekily.
Though despite your protest, you are already at the gates of your school, hence why you glared at the male who is smirking slightly in victory. Nevertheless, with your hands linked together you enter the gate and he swiftly places a quick kiss on your hand before pulling you closer as you walk.
