i watched the first ep of the new x-files a couple of days ago and felt like i do about iwtb (it’s alright but it’s not really the x-files)

but now i’m fifteen minutes into episode two and they’re in suits and scully’s doing an autopsy and they’re sitting in front of skinner’s desk and they’re in the lush basement office

i might cry
