Do you think there would be enough people signed up tho? Just a sg1 exchange would be good too, to maybe broaden interest more than strictly SJ but too make it less of a demand on you than Anything Stargate haha (but if you think a SJ exchange would get enough signups, totally go for that hehe)

Hey anon! I honestly have no clue how many signups there would be, but last time people almost exclusively requested a fic for the same ship they wrote for -- all the SJ people wrote for each other, all the DJ people wrote for each other, all the Sheppard/McKay people wrote for each other, etc. So theoretically it would totally be possible to run an SJ-only exchange with equal or less work than the SG winter fic exchange.

Since you sent in your ask the idea has definitely been percolating in my mind, because I love running fandom events. I keep telling myself I don't have time, which is true, and that I'm not really active in SJ fandom anymore, which is also true. But my brain likes new shiny things. So we'll see -- maybe I'll revisit the idea in a few months :)
