My question for blood of zeus: why make Ares such a jerk?
Ares can be a jerk, that's fine. BUT IF YOURE GONNA MAKE THAT HIS CHARACTER AT LEAST GIVE HIM SOME DAMN NUANCE, AND SHOWCASE THE SHIT HE ACTUALLY DID???!!
Was Ares even IN the myth of Persephone? Did they even INTERACT!? Why pick ARES?! WHY involve it at all if you're not going to be accurate?
I don't mind Ares being a jerk, because if I was in his position I would be. My father hates me, my mother only loves me when im a pawn, all of my father's bastard children gets treated better then I, my father outwardly told everyone that he hates me more than anything, my father is DEAD, may I go on? He's been screwed left n right!
