Imagine a race of beings possessed of one mind, driven by one will, intent on one purpose: to seize our past and control our future.
Star Trek: First Contact Teaser Trailer
Both the teaser and theatrical trailers [for Star Trek First Contact] included footage unique only to them, with some visual effects created specifically for the trailer. Unique shots included the USS Voyager firing phasers at a differently-designed Borg cube. [via memory-alpha]

Transporter Effect Day 4: TNG Movie Edition
The TNGs make subtle effects change from the show and movie per movie. Also none of the movies involving the Enterprise-E ever show us that ship’s transporter room.
Generations: The addition of a solid column around the tradition TNG transporter effect.
First Contact & Nemesis: virtually identical to each other with thinner sparkles and columns that are on a colour spectrum rather than uniform blue. The Nemesis one takes a bit longer and looks like they applied an HD filter or something.
Insurrection: The odd duck of the bunch, looks the most TNG-esque while a bit cheaper than the rest.

Suggested by @thecaptainoutoftime: The scene were Picard is talking about the Borg to Agnes vs Picard talking to Lily about the Borg in First Contact.
Cinematic Parallels
