Between the first and second scene in Moneypenny's office (where he went to the "conference room") the far wall's undergone a redecoration, new map, the watchamacallit, the in/out sorting tray has also disappeared.....
and of course the center-of-room (or maybe its flush against the invisble scene wall) hat rack, it was by the front door earlier.

Gotta move things around again for Thunderball, the (I assume) golden telescope has changed tables and the landscape painting that was on the left has moved to the right, a general reshuffling of wall art. That switch by the door keeps changing to, going back to its From Russia with Love configuration
