I have an In Stars And Time AU that mainly focuses on Sadnesses and expands on them as a concept. There are other details (subplots and such), but the main point of it is Sadness-based. I’m still trying to come up with a name for it, though.

Usually I don’t share my AUs much because they tend to be a bit wild and self-indulgent, but this one’s organized enough that I think it’d be reasonable to share. Only thing is, I’m not sure how to do that? I’m thinking I could start with a text post (maybe with some doodles included) explaining the AU’s expansion on Sadnesses, but I know a lot of people don’t wanna read long blocks of text— My other idea was to make a comic showing how one of the scenes in canon ISAT plays out in the AU, although I have a bit of trouble finding motivation for comics. And then there’s the idea to make a sort of cast overview/introduction post explaining the deal with all the major characters, but most of them aren’t all that different from canon, I think-? It’s a kind of complicated situation-

Anyway, since I’m indecisive, I’m making it into a poll so you guys can choose for me lol

Thinking more of the isat twin au in my head

Like Loop is the "older" so they feel like they have to be more protective. They're skinnier than Siffrin due to making sure that Sif always ate even if they had too starve as a kid. Siffrin hated it but always left scraps so Loop had a little to eat at least.

Loop already lost their eye at a young age due to infection and malnutrition. it was one of the major reasons that for them actually start eating, especially since Siffrin cried and begged for Loop to take care of themselves. (When Siffrin loses the same eye protecting Bonnie, he made an ill-timed joke about matching with Loop. They were not happy.)

Obviously when they meet the party, they're both much older but old habits are hard to break. Loop was really untrusting of them and was a bit too calm with the idea of being frozen in time.

During the loops, it doubly sucks cause they both have to die, if either one lives it keeps going.

I have... So many thoughts of this au but I can't focus on it rn

1)- Natural Satellite. Just read it like a few hours ago, isa loops au. very yes imo.

2)- Victim of your Own Creation. vampire sif. hehe

3)- Inutile. Sif is cursed to forever be forgotten, also one of the longest fics in the fandom. top 3 i think?

4)- Curtain Call. It’s just good.

5)- Oops! All Siffrins! hasn’t been updated in a while but it’s just siffrin multiplying every loop. comedy and tragedy in one ngl.

6)- UNCANNY ALL ALONG. i don’t remember much of it but 10/10 would read again

7)- TRY IT AGAIN, CHEATER. basically loop goes back to their timeline and has like 18 mental breakdowns

8)- Follow the stars back home. sif goes home fic

9)- House of Exchange. OH MY GOD THIS FIC IS SO GOOD OHHHHHH MY GOOOOOD

10)- [Too Little to the Left]. my token gore fic i like. sif gets even more traumatized from rock incident
