Sorry that you haven't heard much from me recently - on top of the craziness of everyday life, my computer decided to get sick and vomit pixels everywhere. For the first poem, the only celebrity who has read it (besides the author himself) is Aiden Gillen. A clip of that can be found here. As for When I Am Dead, the only celebrity clip I've heard is that of Dame Peggy Ashcroft's, which you can listen to here. I don't know if those names were exactly what you're looking for, but hopefully that helps!
