i had a dream about fucking… vampire discourse on tumblr like;
“reminder that blood sucker is a slur”
“vamp-born-vamps are valid if u got bitten later in life you’re not part of the vamp community”
“support vamps who drink human blood, support vamps who drink animal blood, support vamps who drink animal and human blood”
“half bloods who are human presenting don’t belong in the community”
fantasy tumblr would be fucking insufferable
god can you even imagine
“If you only have two legs you’re human-passing and don’t belong in the fantasy community”
“What about satyrs?’
“You can wear shoes”
“Just a reminder that if you appropriate mermaid culture you’re a piece of shit”
“Actually we don’t mind because a lot of our culture comes from humans”
“Shapeshifters aren’t valid because they can be human if they want”
Oh my god it gets worse and worse

“Yamaguchi,” Kei whispered, his eyes wide as he stared up at Yamaguchi’s face, then at the gun that was pointed straight at his head.
“Tsukki,” Yamaguchi choked out. There were tears running down his face, sobs cutting off every other breath. “Sorry Tsukki, I’m sorry-”
This wasn’t real. It was all a dream; the world couldn’t be this cruel on top of everything-
There was a rustle from somewhere beside them. The sound of a gun cocking, and a flash of a red jacket he’d seen a million times before.
“No,” Kei gasped, blood roaring in his ears as his body moved as if by reflex, grabbing his pistol from the ground beside him, shooting his last bullet into the bushes with no hesitation. There was a pained yell (the voice was familiar, it was too familiar,) a wet, rattling gasp, and then silence.
Yamaguchi was still standing in front of him, frozen in place as his body trembled, staring where Kei had shot into the bushes with a hand over his mouth.
This was fine. If it was Yamaguchi, if Yamaguchi lived, Kei would be okay no matter what.
“I’m sorry, Tadashi,” Kei whispered, prying the gun from Yamaguchi’s hand, savouring the last moment of contact between them. Staring down at the unfathomable darkness of its barrel, he took a breath; then another. His lips twitched in an attempt at a comforting smile before he pulled the trigger.
Kei heard his name shrieked brokenly, and it seemed to echo in his head long after everything went black.
