do you think crowley would get back into fountain pens in the modern day because ballpoints arent flashy anymore or do you think he'd just continue on the EDC path until he ends up with one of these fuckers

i don't think crowley's the sort to be into pens honestly, at least not in the way of being a collector or on forums talking about fountain pens/machined pens/whatever. however i absolutely believe he owns one of those tactical pens. 10 different tools contained, completely nonfunctional glass breaker tip, tritium glow, the works. he thinks it looks very cool. it writes like shit. it writes when he needs it to only because he believes it should always be able to write.

(meanwhile i think you absolutely could find aziraphale wandering around a fountain pen show. this is his anime convention.)

I’ve always interpreted that as not necessarily saying that all angels and demons have identical wings, but that they’re all feathered (as opposed to bat-like), and that any differences in color are incidental and do not necessarily denote heavenly or hellish allegiance. If Aziraphale and Crowley happen to have the stereotypical white/black, well, that’s just a coincidence.

So here’re some headcanons on what the other angels and demons’ wings might look like.

Michael: bluejay; Gabriel: loggerhead shrike; Sandalphon: lyrebird; Uriel: golden eagle

Dagon: blue heron; Beelzebub: Egyptian vulture; Ligur: scarlet macaw; Hastur: ring-billed gull

Aziraphale: swan; Crowley: crow
