All Most of the Doctor’s incarnations! on a chart! one bar is a foot, Generic Woman™ is 5 foot 6 because…that’s what i made her.

I want to eventually make ref sheets for all of them but that takes a long time! which i don’t have right now, but this is at least some reference, gathered in one place. 

I loved that part when they showed all the photos of the Doctor on the episode…

So I’ve gotten pretty much everybody down with wing-templates/size refs. the sizes are still probably off by a lot but it’s something at least

aaaand notes:

there’s a general lower size limit i try to stick with. It’s been interesting seeing how wing width as well as length affects the perception of overall size, though there’s not a direct correlation bt height and size nor height and wingspan. If their neck looks short from above it’s bc they arch it like a heron.

 Four and Brax have about the same wingspan, but Brax is more massive. Six has the highest mass to wing area ratio. Ten has the lowest mass/wingspan ratio (but not the lowest mass to wing area ratio).

 If they cared to, Ten could soar for hours. They don’t generally care to.

 Brax wears his wings a lot and is great at taking up rather more space than he should. He very rarely spreads them all the way.

 Four isn’t a fast flyer by any means–their tendency to drop suddenly is often to gain speed but they they don’t announce it when they’re carrying somebody it’s just suRPRISE you’re 100 feet lower than you were 5 seconds ago.

 Narvin looks hilarious with his wings out on the ground.

How sweet how soft

I´ve been working on this one for at least a week now :) always at School, of course. always when I was bored…so all of the time basically. some things didn´t turn out the way I liked it but whatever, I think it´s still cute ^^ I haven´t decided a title yet, it could either be “The One Companion That Will Never Leave” or “A Madman And His Blue Box”. should I color it in or nah?
